Why isn't MOZ reading my website? Seems to keep ignoring the 'www' and returning a 404 error
Hi Carl! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. It looks like you have quite a few campaigns, so it is difficult for me to look into what may be the issue here without a bit more detail. If you don't want to share which campaign you are referring to here, can you please email us at help@moz.com or click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of your campaigns to send us the details of which campaign you had this issue on so that we can investigate further? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Crawl Errors when I have noindex in the meta tag?
Ok I understand. Thank you for the response Chiaryn. I will use our robots.txt to clear the pages in question from the crawl error report. Sean

904 Page Response - MOZ Reports Problem
I found confirmation from another thread that the Moz crawler has issues with SNI digital certs, which we use on our site. Here is an example of someone else who had the same issue: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/message.jspa?messageID=614259 Note their closing comments: "I turned off SNI and everything appears to work, as long as these services use the http version of the site. At the end of the day, nobody wants to take the blame. MOZ claims that SNI is supported but does admit that there appears to be some problem." We can not "turn off SNI" and allow http access to our site, we must enforce https across all requests. Since Moz is unable or unwilling to engage with us further on this issue I suggest we find a different service with more up to date crawler software.

How to add multiple google analytics accounts to Moz
If you have one email account that will have admin access to multiple clients. You want to make sure you only have 25 profiles total as this is the token limit Google has for 3rd party connections. So the options are to either use a client's email credentials for their Google Analytics account, or they make you an admin to manage the profile which you can connect to Moz.

Read only users
Hey there! You won't be able to add Insights tiles to reports, however in many cases your Insights tiles are pulling information that is visible in other parts of your campaign. You can get that information by placing those modules in the report! Examples would be rankings movements or On-Page Optimization suggestions. Just follow the link at the bottom of the tile to see the page where we found the information! Our Multiseat function provides read/write abilities, not read-only, so unfortunately anyone who has access to your account will also be able to make changes.

Moz site Issue
Hi Radi, That is a bit normal. The reason that it appears to happen is the browser is trying to render HTML data. If you come across this it could be because of a slow internet connection or a problem with the server hosting content. I would suggest a force refresh Windows & Mac CTRL+F5. Usually that fixes the problem. Good luck, Don

WWW.mydomain.com and .mydomain.com
Awesome, you should see those dupe errors go away on your next crawl report! It looks like you chose the non-www route, in that case, you'll want to update those canonical tags to point to the same.

Entered wrong url, no where to change it?
Hi Peter Once a campaign URL is set it cannot be changed. You will have to delete the campaign and create a new one. This is limited this way due to how we track and store historical data. Hope this helps!

Why would the GA data NOT match Moz reports?
I may have found my own lead on this which appears to be some limitations in Google's API. this is a very, very large site to do a URL parameter proliferation issue creating millions of pages on the site. I bet it's safe to assume that Moz has to use sampled data past a reasonable point, and given the size of this site, it's fair to consider the possibility that Moz couldn't match the internal data as a result. Will report back as we work with them on reducing duplicate content and see if that pushes things closer together.

MOZ Crawl - Search engine blocked by robots .. but it isn't.
Hey Murthy, without your site details, I'm not able to investigate what may be causing our crawler to be blocked from your site. Can you please email your campaign information to help@moz.com so we can investigate the issue further? Again, we can't really investigate this type of issue through the Q&A forum.

Is there are way to set reports to run at month/quarter end so I can see each month as a whole or do I have to wait until the end of the month to set it up to achieve this?
Has this feature been added yet? We've had our account for 2 years. Is there something we need to do to be able to run historical reports with custom date ranges? Since we did not schedule reporting, if we can access this historical data today, then our entire subscription will have been good for nothing.

Search error 804 with HTTPS looking on port 80?
Are you using Cloudflare? I know Moz used to have issues with https & cloudflare - not sure if these have been solved. You might want to check these threads as well here on Moz: https://moz.com/community/q/804-https-ssl-error and this one https://moz.com/community/q/error-code-804-https-ssl-error-encountered If this doesn't help - contact help@moz.com. 404 Crawl Error on Homepage
Hi there! I just ran the site through our crawler using a few different cURLs and it does look like the homepage URL is returning a 404 to our crawler: http://www.screencast.com/t/fgoeCGHu and http://www.screencast.com/t/SRzcBXJIZmw. It may be a user agent specific issue, where the server may be trying to specifically block our crawler, but it is set to use the wrong http status so it returns a 404 rather than a 403. If you look at your server logs for the time of the crawl, you should be able to see the exact response of your server to our crawler, rogerbot. I would recommend working with your webmaster to look into how the site is responding to our crawler further. If you have more questions or need specific information, I would recommend emailing help@moz.com so that we can look into the issue further for you.

KW Top Level Report Only Shows 50+ When It's Clearly on First Page
The above two answers are accurate, you should use your chat in moz pro to ask that question. However, maybe my experience can save you that convo. The Moz index is constantly being improved and they rolled out a new version recently. The issue you are having might be because your keyword just made it to the top of the index and Moz's data hasn't yet included or even crawled that keyword since its status has changed. I would wait a week and check again. Also, check the locality settings on your tracked keyword, maybe your personalised results have it as number one but a non-personalized global search wouldn't. If the error persists for more than a week, definitely check with them. I know from experience that it takes time for updated info to make it into your dashboard, especially for social media data. Moz provided very useful products and services but they aren't perfect ... yet...

When I download the crawl report it downloads with multiple URLs in one box, is there a way to stop this from happening or to easily separate these URLs once downloaded?
Hi Rachel! Without knowing the exact report that you're attempting to download, it's a little tough to say for certain. It's possible that it's an issue on our end, but it could also have to do with the settings or version of the software being used to open the file. Perhaps it'd be worth making sure that your spreadsheet program is fully updated or try a different program like Google Sheets to open the file. If you're still running into issues, then feel free to shoot an email over to help@moz.com with some extra info about where you're trying to download the report from. Thanks!
