  • Hi guys, Thanks for your questions so far  Currently in the Analytics Beta, which we are rolling out to all current PRO customers (trials included).  The G+ feature has not been fully implemented yet, the good news is that in our testing scenarios it is looking like we are very optimistic that it will be ready for launch day! Thanks for your time and your efforts in making our tools go through a successful Beta.  We will do our best to get the full product to you folk as soon as possible. Best, Peter Moz Help Team.

  • Hey Christopher, Thanks for the question about this. It looks like the beta hasn't fully kicked in yet on your account. David had a great suggestion for a workaround while everything propagates. You shouldn't have to do that much longer but it does work. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Cheers, Joel.

  • At the top of each column of link metrics you'll see the URLs. Click on the URL of the site you wish to remove. You'll get a little pop-up where you can choose whether to edit or delete the URL. Just click on delete and it'll, well, be deleted!

  • Hi! The best way to do this would be to exclude those pages via your robots.txt file. There's a lot of information that we could discuss about this, but I think the best bet would be to check out SEOBook's guide here: http://tools.seobook.com/robots-txt/ That page will give you  a full rundown of best practices regarding the set up and use of robots.txt files. Hope this helps! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • You have different language web properties targeting different geolocations. One tool you could explore in Google Webmaster tools is the geographic target in your site settings. If you choose to use subdomains over subfolders, you can choose to target a specific country for each language as a subdomain.

  • Hey Alpha Digital, Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to archive specific keywords and it is only possible to archive an entire campaign, but I agree that this would be a great feature for the tool! I would recommend suggesting this in our Feature Request forum so that our product team can look into adding keyword archiving as a feature in the future. Here's the forum we use to collect ideas: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. • The best way is to send an email to help@moz.com. Thanks!

  • I've been having the same kind of problems here, it happened for a few months almost a year ago and after constant harassment of the support team it was eventually sorted out. Unfortunately my problems are back, missing data, incomplete reports etc, to be honest my software is basically unusable at the moment, data in every single campaign is either missing or out of date and I've still not been able to send clients their July reports, although they quite happily took my $199 again a couple of days ago! I'm sick of being told to keep disconnecting and reconnecting GA accounts which worked temporarily, but now even that doesn't help. What worked last time around was to keep sending new support tickets for each issue (at least one a day) eventually I think they get so fed up with you that someone decides to actually resolve the problems instead of just fobbing you off and blaming GA.

  • Hello Laurie! Abe here from the Moz Help Team. Sorry about the issues with setting up your campaign. I want to make sure this is as easy as possible. First, make sure you are entering the full: www.bayofislandsinformation.co.nz as your subdomain. Also, if you are just seeing a popup saying that the address "doesn't respond to web requests"... simply click through that message. It is purely precautionary and your full crawl should still take place. If you experience any issues beyond this, never hesitate to contact us directly at help@moz.com. I am here to help!

  • Hi There, I responded to the ticket you submitted to the Help Team, but I am going to post the answer here, as well. There are a few reasons why Roger might find different pages during different crawls. The way Roger crawls is by going to the homepage of the campaign and grabbing up to about 400 links on the same domain (or all of the links if there are less than 400) from the source code of that page and then we crawl through to those pages to diagnose them and to grab more links. The process continues on like that until we reach the campaign limit or until we no longer find any new pages. If there have been any changes to the links on a page or if we get any different server responses from any of the pages, it can change the architecture of the crawl, potentially leading the crawler to new pages. It is difficult to say more specifically why the crawler wouldn't find every page of the most recent crawl on the first crawl, since we don't keep the full crawl data after a new crawl is generated so I can't see the changes from crawl to crawl directly. if you have an old crawl report CSV where the current duplicate content pages are not shown as duplicate content, you can email that to me in the support request and I will look into the issue further for you. • Remove the 301 redirect completely (depending on your circumstances) OR Use NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW on the page that you don't want the Moz crawlers to evaluate. Hope this helps, Mike

  • Joshua, The rankings report will show you which results show up in the local results and you can find out more about that here: http://moz.com/help/pro/rankings .  However, in order for the report to find your site in the local results, you'll have to include the city name as a part of the keyword being tracked such as "electronic cigarettes Charleston".

  • Thanks for the question Penny! The Full Rankings report will only show you the rankings data since the last update, but you can download a csv export of the entire rankings history at any time. It generally takes a couple of hours to generate, but it'll have all of the rankings data we've collected since the campaign was created. You can do this by heading over to the ranking page and choosing the "entire keyword ranking history to CSV" from the drop down menu. http://screencast.com/t/6TdAdTJYe Hope this helps! • Hi Ricky! Thanks for reaching out, sorry about that! That tool is no longer available through the stand-alone research tools. We did some research and noticed that not a lot of folks were using it (less than 1% engagement), but we've heard the cries of those of you who loved it and we're bringing it back! Currently, we don't have a hard eta. But it is looking like it will be rolled out with Moz Analytics. Even though we will be adding it back, in the meantime we would definitely love to hear about your thoughts on the tool in the feature request form at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests Cheers, Peter Li Moz Help Team

  • I believe Moz has lost access to the Google AdWords API, and therefore they are currently unable to provide Google search volume data, and Bing is the next best replacement: http://moz.com/community/q/loss-of-google-adwords-api

  • Thanks for the follow up, however, when I go to change my e-mail address this is the security risk screen that I get when I go to save the edited e-mail: http://screencast.com/t/wNGbhEpxKa.  Do you know what is causing this?
