  • Hi Ben Pro and Analytics are on two separate platforms where PRO will be closing next year leaving only Moz Analytics which does have all of PRO's features plus more. You can continue to use PRO for Monthly reporting and you will see different data sets due to different collection schedules between the two. Monthly reporting for Analytics should be available within the next 2 months but I am hoping for it to be released much sooner. It is the highest priority we have right now.

  • Hello Holger, I ran into a similar issue when I wanted to only track www.mysite.com and not mysite.com Here is what I remember the Moz Help folks telling me is the way to do it, converted to your examples.... Set up three separate campaigns. One each for mysite.com.br , en.mysite.com.br , es.mysite.com.br  AND when doing so select the button to "Only track this subdomain" (or some phrase like that) for each campaign. You will not be able to change the old campaigns (the ones with the options greyed out) to the new settings. So you will need to either archive or delete them.

  • Hey Nicholas, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, monthly reporting is not currently available in Moz Analytics. We are working on adding this feature to the tool and we are hopeful that it will be available within the next month. Thanks for bearing with us while we get monthly reporting added to the tool. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes! Chiaryn

  • Hello Zouhour, we found out last week that a lot of members that are seeing this error don't need that message at the top. We are working on removing this now. You will notice in most cases the traffic is still collecting regardless of that pesky message at the top. We apologize for the inconvenience and I assure you the message will disappear soon.

  • Which one is the third/new one? Your canonical tag looks fine. You are sending a bit of a mixed signal by linking your logo to "/index.html" - I'd strongly recommend changing that to just "/" and directing it to the root URL. Google doesn't always handle mixed signals well, and internal links are strong signals.

  • Moz analytics. Just being curious... What do you make of Moz analytics? Personally I preferred the old 'pro' version and always go back to that - it seems more user-friendly to me. Thanks for your help. Amelia

  • If I'm understanding the question correctly, then this seems to be my issue as well. I started two Moz campaigns three weeks ago, but my Dashboard data only has historical information for the first week. I'm unable to see any other timeframes (timeframe dropdown only has the first week available). Is there a delay involved, or is something up with my data?

  • Yes, you will need to wait until the next weekly update since the www. needed to be included to get the proper results. From what I can see here your next update will be accurate. If you notice anything missing, never hesitate to message help@moz.com directly. Thanks for reaching out. Have a great week!

  • Hey Carrie, Sorry about this! I reviewed some of the campaigns and it looks like some are just getting crawled today. I'm going to send you an email and loop in our engineers so we can try to get to the bottom of this. I'll be sending the email to your account email address. Talk to you soon! Aaron

  • Hey Gregory, Thanks for writing in. It would actually be really helpful if you could send this over to help@moz.com with screenshot examples of what you are seeing so we can investigate further and send it over to the correct engineers. I look forward to hearing from you there soon. Chiaryn

  • As far as I know, in order to authorize the page you need to show that you are an Admin by logging in to a personal account associated with the page.

  • Hi Auke, Yes, unfortunately you'll need to disconnect and reconnect those GA accounts in Moz Analytics as well. Thanks, Jen

  • Hello James, There might be a delay between us and Google, so one way to alleviate that is to refresh that connection: Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page: http://screencast.com/t/je3mv5DkPbU Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/59NDMB0Ov Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! I hope that helps, let me know if you have questions!
