As for other services, I'm not aware of any platforms that have this functionality, but it's possible. I'm familiar with Authority Labs, and I don't think they could help. Usually Roger fetches traffic data with puppy-like enthusiasm, however sometimes there might be a delay between us and Google, so one way to alleviate that is to refresh that connection: Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page:http://screencast.com/t/je3mv5DkPbU Disconnect your Google Analytics connection:http://screencast.com/t/59NDMB0Ov Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. This will authorize a completely new token from Google which should resolve the issue. Hi Julester From a usability perspective with our tools, you can track up to 3 search engines for each campaign so technically if you wish to track rankings for a single site, you can create 4 more campaigns with the same settings with different search engines giving you up a total of 15 search engines for the same keywords. It's not an ideal configuration but it could work if you are looking for an option to track many locations.

Hi, We do have custom reports that you can create for your campaign. Right now we only have it where it can pull daily or weekly. Good news tho, we are working on adding monthly reports and we hope to have it out by end of Q1! You can create a custom report by clicking the "Custom Report" button on the top right corner in your campaign. Cheers, Steffany

OK, I appreciate the explanation. It's probably something I could figure out from reading the instructions, but it would have taken a long time to ferret it out. BTW, I subscribed simultaneously to another service, and was up and running within an hour on that one...I love Moz for many things...will see how the reports eventually help my clients. you could always create a new e-mail account which is a forwarder onto the actual addresses you want the reports to go to.

Let me try and tackle these one by one: Capitalization: Yes - typically you can handle this with a server-level redirect that forces all URLs to be lower case. Google will see the upper case version as a separate page, and that's why it's getting flagged as duplicate content. Be sure to double check that this is being process as a 301 and not a 302. Wheregoes.com is an easy quick way to check. 5 Sleep Options: I'm not sure why, but http://www.bellybelly.com.au/5-sleep-options-for-your-baby-where-will-your-baby-sleep is producing a list of articles almost identical to the ones being shown at /birth. So, that's the cause for the duplicate content here. I'm guessing it's a CMS error of some kind. f196 vs f193: These are showing as duplicate because there's nothing unique on the page except for Queensland vs Victoria. You'll need to find a way to highlight threads that are about Queensland or about Victoria to make this page useful, or you can simply "noindex, follow" these pages so that the duplicate content is irrelevant. /tas/doulas vs tas/etc., etc. These are duplicate content because they all say "No advertisers found matching your criteria." That's it. They need to have some real actual content, otherwise there's no reason for them to exist. For these directory listings, try creating a bunch of free listings to serve as temporary filler and it will also encourage other competitors that they should consider doing a listing as well.

Hi Kandice, It is as you say, campaigns with the asterisk are tracking all sub domains not just the www. I think this is only in the old campaign layout, I don't see it in the new moz analytics.

Have there been any new developments in this issue? I have tried the suggested solutions above and still haven't had any success.

Hello KJ, This is Abe from the Moz Help team We had a temporary outage with campaign creation and you should now be able to add your campaign as long as you aren't passing your 50,000 pages crawled limit. Also try switching browsers and see if that will make this work for you. If you have trouble getting past the name and website entrance screen, please email help@Moz.com and we can dig in further. I have tested campaign creation in your account and it seems to be working from here.

Hi Daniel You can access PRO by going to pro.moz.com/campaigns The back to PRO link will only appear if you have active pro campaigns on that side. Any new campaigns created in Moz Analytics will not have a link. Hope this helps!

Whenever I click the link or enter the URL http://moz.com/pro/home  or http://pro.moz.com it just takes me to the analytics home.
