Moving to a new site - archive or keep campaign?
it depends if you want to keep the data from before, if you keep it you will also keep the data where as if you start over you will only be able to go far back in the data as far as you created the campaign.

How do I update my Moz Analtyics to my Universal Google Analytics?
Hi Erin, I cannot add it. Moz doesn't list it and I cannot add it. Please tell me how. Or please populate "UA-48088508-1" in the drop down list so that I can. Moz-Analytics-settings.jpg

Number of accounts now non-www after vendor migration
Hi there! As long as the campaigns are set up to track all subdomains, we'll follow any 301's set up. Reviewing your account, it looks like there's only one one campaign that's set to track only a single subdomain. You can see which one it is from your account overview page. It'll be the campaign with the www in the listed domain. There's unfortunately no way to change the crawl type or domain in an active campaign right now. You'd need to create a new campaign with the correct domain in this case. The old campaign can be archived to preserve it's historic data though. Thanks!

Linking Google+
Hi sobercollege! Thanks for asking for help on this. We've noticed a trend with some issues linking Google+ accounts to your Moz Analytics campaigns, so we already have some engineers working on this bug. Because of the frequency of this bug, we've created some status notes on http://health.moz.com with some simple steps that can help. To dig into this further with you, we're going to open a help ticket for you so we can correspond over email and keep your personal campaign-specific information off of the public forums. See you soon in email! Koos

Www and non www showing in Moz Reports despite being correct in GWT
I'd agree with the other guys here: just because GWT does not find an error does not mean there is one. What Google usually does in these situations is choose one version over another, so if you Google your site - even using the site: search modifier - you'll only see the one they've chosen. On the other hand Moz's crawler goes through your site and reports on everything it finds, which in this case means it's a factual statement that there's a way to move from the www. version of your site to the non-www. version. The first thing you need to do is find out which page on the wrong version (which I'll assume to be the non-www. versions or versions with trailing slashes ) is being linked to from the right version (which I'll assume to be www. without a trailing slash) and where that link is. If you use a link crawler like Xenu's Link Sleuth you should be able to do that. Then you can go and remove the troublesome link(s) and all your errors will disappear.

Logo linking to homepage causing 404 errors in crawl
Thanks for your reaching out to us, Paul! I'm Maura Hubbell, a software engineer working today as part of the Mozzer Alliance. We saw in Google's cached copy of your page that you have some links as href="www.videobrochures.ca". This is a relative link because there's no "http://" in front of "www", i.e. "www.videobrochures.ca" will get appended to the URL of the page it's in. We can see that your site now has href="http://www.videobrochures.ca", so somebody has fixed it. Yay! Our next crawl of your site should pick up the fixed links. Please let us know if you need help. Thanks, Maura Hubbell

Exclude parameters from RogerBot
Hey Shawn, I would use robots.txt to target "rogerbot" to not crawl the specific parameters you're concerned about. Here are some links that might help you out: About Rogerbot's User Agent String- How to target specific bots How to target specific query URL's Hope that answers your question! -- Andrew

Moz is giving me an error message and I cannot add new campaigns
Thanks for the feedback Ryan. Right now, the health.moz.com site is the easiest way for us to notify people of problems like this, as it is a tumblr site that several people at Moz have access to and can be easily updated. Putting a message in the Moz app itself is a bit more complicated process, and involves changing code. We do try to put messages there when it's a longer outage, but it's not something that we can just put in in 30 seconds in the middle of the night (like we can with health.moz.com).

Can I configure Moz to ignore certain query params the same way I can in GWT?
Best way I've found to handle this is setting up your site so that all versions of a page with parameters features a rel="canonical" tag pointing at the version of itself without parameters. Edit: As necessary, depending on the nature of the parameter and how heavily the parameter affects the contents of the page on your site.

Can a template be set up in Moz Reports that you then just apply to each customer?
I still can't find the feature request you submitted, ScriptiLabs. Are you able to provide a link for it? it doesn't seem to be showing under recent requests or in the search results in that section of the list. Would love to upvote it with you. Also, as mentioned, marking the answer you found most useful as a Good Answer will help others spot it quickly when viewing the question. Paul

Can you more than one email address to send reports to?
Hey Moses! I'm afraid the rankings history report cannot be included in automated reports so you would have to request the report to be sent to your email address and then forward it to another. Only daily/weekly/monthly updated data can be scheduled in custom reports where you can assign other recipients just as Andrew described. Cheers!

How do I change the dates on my reports? I want to run a report that shows "all time" data.
Hi i am suffering from the same problem. I want to change the date so i can have the reports as a monthly report and not a week by week report. Is this not something we can do?

Remote-authentication.failure Google Analytics connection
Hi Michael, I see that you posted this question around mid-morning (our time). During that time, we were experiencing some problems with new authentications to Google Analytics and Google+ accounts. I posted some additional information in this Moz Community thread, but the short version is the issue should now be resolved, so you may wish to give it another try. If you're still having trouble authenticating to GA or G+, I encourage you to contact our Help team for further assistance. Cheers!

Adding Google Analytics not working
Hi Guys, I'm having terrible difficulty hook up my GA account to my campaign. Does me make a difference if you have a number of GA accounts under one gmail account? Thanks John

Monthly report
Also, feature request (!), some way to template the reports. Creating a new one for each campaign takes a LOT of time. I think you're working on this but wanted to put that out there.

We lost connection with your Google Analytics account. Don't worry — you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now.
Hi Duncan, I see that Joel Day replied to your help ticket on March 7. Have you checked your spam folder to see if that email was by chance caught there?

Moz sign in problems This web page has a redirect loop
Happens to me all the time in Chrome. Quick tip is if you think you are going to see this problem (and I usually know that I will after being idle for more than an hour or so) then instead of clicking the 'moz analytics' button top right click the little person icon to the left of it and choose 'logout'. You can then login again as normal without having to go through the deleting cookies hassle. Works for me.
