Multiple email Ids we can add or not in Moz pro for email's alert?
Hi There, Campaign alerts are primarily set to be sent to the admin on the account. Invoices can be sent to a secondary email which is set up in the Billing Information page of your account. Outside of that, you can create custom reports that can be sent to an external email. For more information on this, check out our Help Hub. Thanks!

How can I make the Primary Search engine in my campaign settings be Global?
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Unfortunately there's no way to set a "Global" search engine. Search engines track rankings by search engine, not globally. This means that you'll rank differently for a keyword on google.com versus google.co.uk. You'll want to just take your best guess at which search engines you want to choose. Remember, if you choose google.com (or any search engine really), you'll see results from anywhere in the world where someone is using google.com. However, each country will default to their own search engine. For example, England will default to google.co.uk, not google.com. Maybe track google.com, and then choose your other two search engines based on your best guess on where people might be searching for you. I hope that helps, and good luck! Erin

Scheduled reporting - not sent for 2/06/14 - 2/07/14 - anybody know why?

How do I change MOZ from showing ranking from Google US, we want rankinings from Google UK only. Please help

MA root domain settings correct for new set up ?
Thanks Joel so do you think best/simplest to set up new campaign/s in MA for both domain.com/US & domain.com/UK ? And if so can i edit the settings on the exsting domain to monitor the new domain.com/uk so maintains the historical data (rankings crawl errors etc) ? since if i did set up a new campaign for domain.com/uk would lose it surely ? Also i know your suffering a DDOS attack preventing some GA data and i see that at this campaign doesnt have any Search data in reporting at the moment. I need to provide clients reports early next week will it repopulate that data by then do you know ? Thanks Dan

Moz tools are returning "url is inaccessible"

Excluding Directories from RogerBot
Hi Tony I'm afraid the only way to block rogerbot will be through robots.txt as we do not have a way to customize our crawler. New Mozbar: How the @#?& do I move it from top of screen to side/bottom?

Weekly reports
Hey Martin, I'm so sorry for the confusion here. When you see that the last report timeframe is from May 19th-25th, that means that it was actually updated on the 26th so the full data for the 25th was included in the update. Since we update the accounts ever 7 days, that means the next update will be today, June 2nd, for the weekly timeframe of May 26th-June 1st. Your campaign is set to be updated on Mondays, and you should see updated data by the end of the day PST. When the campaign is updated, you will receive a notification that the data is updated. Custom Weekly Reports received several times per day
You too? When the cross-over from Pro to Analytics happened, we not only had to set up all our campaigns again, but had this issue (amongst others). Thankfully, it seems to have settled. Of course, I only pull my reports once a month, so it could just be the calm before the storm.

Monthly Reporting
Hey Jason, Thanks for writing in. Monthly reporting for your campaigns will take place within about 4 days of the completion of each month. I am afraid we can't be more specific than that because every campaign receives a monthly update and it can take some time for all of the several hundred thousand campaigns we run to process each month. The main campaign report is all in the same format and the monthly reporting would be on the same general timeline, but weekly reporting is based on the day of the week the campaign is created. For example, if you create your campaign on a Monday, the first collection will take place the next day and then the weekly report will run every 7 days thereafter, so the report will complete by the end of the day on Tuesday of each week. You can also create custom reports for each campaign, but we don't have a way to set up a standard template for which sections of the campaign are included. You would just have to select the same sections in each report to ensure they are consistent. These reports run when the campaign data has been collected, so weekly reports run the day of the week the campaign updates and the monthly custom reports run after the monthly updates completes. I'm afraid the reporting dates for the campaigns is set by the day they are created and can't be specified beyond that. I hope this information helps.
