Moz tools are returning "url is inaccessible"

Hello I am using moz since while a ago and it works just fine.

Now I have changed the server and trying to add new campaign or test pages using the tools it kept giving me the listed errors.

New campaign "Oops! This does not appear to be a valid URL. Please try again."
Page grade "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible."

Hi there! Yes, you should definitely make sure the URLs you are testing are able to be crawled. However, please be aware that we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our tools as a result of ongoing DDoS attacks.
