"Finish" button for creating a new campaign in Moz Analytics does not work...
Me too! I am trying to add a new campaign and on the last step the "Finish" it don’t switch to other page. But when we close the page and come back to the accounts page, information of the competitors look like they are there. I observed when we delete “history” in Chrome it work but sometime not. I hope this problem will be solved.

Keywords not in report
Hi SoleGraphiocs, I know: I added the keywords last week and all the other keywords I added that day are showing, but just not this one. It is most strange! Maybe it will have magically appeared tomorrow morning Thank you for responding - it is most kind of you. XX A

How do I change my on-page report urls?
Hi! Campaign On-Page grades are actually generated automatically for keywords ranked in the top 50 of SERPs. We take the keyword that ranked and grade it against the page it ranked for. You can always manually set up a keyword/URL combination to be graded weekly through the Add & Manage On Page Grades section. You can also use the stand alone Research Tool to run one off reports. Email report settings
Sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately, not all customers have started using Moz Analytics yet, and it's sometimes hard to tell on our end if customers have completely migrated from PRO to Moz Analytics. So for now both are still sending emails. Eventually, we'll be completely sunsetting PRO.

Connect to Facebook pages
Hi! Thanks for the question! When you connect your Facebook account to Moz Analytics, we only have access to the page that you designate. We don't have access to your profile, or any other pages you don't specify. So, when you grant Moz access, you'll pick the page to connect, and we don't have access beyond that. Hope that helps! Jen

GooglePlus Page wont link
Hi Gregory, Many thanks for this, i gave that a go instantly, made perfect sense. Sadly though it still wasn't liking it I tried removing the /b/ Then i also used a new browser to view the page as a completely new user. As you said this gave me the URL without any extra letters etc but it still did not accept this. Would appreciate any other ideas you might have, that one sounded like a winner, i'm not sure why it wont accept the url as displayed on the page.

Where does the old reports go?
Hi James SoleGraphics gave a great recommendation so setup custom reports which will send weekly emails of your data in PDF format. For crawl diagnostics you can add the UI module to your report as well but I recommend downloading the .csv file to have a copy of the full diagnostics report. We are working on adding more timeframe options to view historical data but it may not be available for a while. How disconnect linked Google Analytics accounts
Hi Chiaryn, That's a helpful link, but I use two different Moz accounts. I don't want to revoke the Moz token for both, just one, which isn't an option. While in another clients Moz I clicked "Connect another GA account" and it automatically connected to the GA email I was logged into, rather than prompting me to select what GA to login to. Now, this Moz profile that I am working on for a client can see 25 of my other clients--something that is not good. How do I disappoint my GA account(s) profile from just one Moz, not two? I sent an email to the help desk, but they ask for the 4 digit CC on file, which I don't want to have to ask the client for, they will think that is quite odd. Thank you, Todd

MOZ Custom reports error?
Hey Arnold, Thanks for writing in. The custom reports are only available in the current PDF format, and the intention is to show exactly what we are reporting in the application but with the ability to customize which sections are included in each report. It is meant to remove the work of pasting together a bunch of separate screenshots from the data we provide in the main campaign. If you would like to see a different format in the future, I would highly recommend submitting that format to our Feature Request forum here: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests which will help our product team in deciding if this would be a good new feature for the tool. As for the error you are seeing in the report, I will need more information in order to look into what may be causing that issue. If you can please let me know which campaign you are seeing the issue on so I can investigate further? How can I change my campaign to track *just* the main domain, but not subdomains?
Thanks, that answers my question. In the end, as I had an extra Campaign slot left over, I added another campaign for just the main domain, and renamed the original campaign "All SubDomains". So now I have 2 campaigns, which is perfect.

Is there anyway to check a keyword in the rank tracker from any previous date (not using the history function)?
Hey Emilija! Unfortunately there isn't a way to get this data in Rank Tracker without setting the keyword up to be tracked and even then, you'll only be able to get historical rankings from the date your first clicked the Track History button. This could be a pretty interesting feature to add though. I'm going to forward this along to our Product team as feedback on your behalf. How can I stop query parameters from showing up as duplicate page content in Moz Analytics?
Hi there! This depends on your particular needs, but I would suggest blocking those query parameter-containing URLs in robots.txt. If you think it's important for search engines to crawl them, you could just block Rogerbot, and you shouldn't see duplicate content warnings about those pages anymore. Personally, though, I'd block those URLs entirely.
