  • I had not even logged in for a bit.  I did not want to know the answer, LOL.  I am glad it was so simple. Of course we often provide the hosting as well I cannot imagine just shutting off a customer account because the 3am Sunday morning credit card did not process.  There really should be a point of membership time where enough value has been received to give a few days grace.  This whole deal cost more in the way of scheduling issues.  We broke out the old spiders and did some site crawling of our own. Found some stuff that was being missed so it was a good thing all in all.  Roger is out of the dog house.    Thanks Sha!!

  • I know this will sound kind of harsh (especially since I'm one of MOZ's authority members), but I feel the GA analytics integration is wack.  Currently I use Conductor. If you choose Conductor's Searchlight, you'll need to pony up about $65,000 USD to use it. It's awesome, but expensive!

  • Hey Epameinondas, Chris is correct, unfortunately, and it isn't possible to schedule or predict when Rogerbot will crawl a site. The crawl schedule is affected by a number of factors, including when the previous site crawl ended and how many other sites we will be crawling that day, and the schedule may fluctuate from week to week. You can, however dictate how quickly Roger hits your site during the crawl with the crawl delay directive. We recommend having a crawl delay of 10 or lower because Roger will disregard the crawl delay if he can't complete the crawl within our standard service-level agreement. Let us know if you need help with anything else. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • ehil, Per the Moz knowledge base, that functionality is in the pipeline but not yet available. Unfortunately, you'll need to recreate your campaign with the revised domain.

  • Peter did point to me to add another social account, that seems to fix the profile to 100%! Try to add another social account like twitter, facebook or Google+.

  • Patrick, I don't think there's a way to have a "read-only" view into a campaign. For those clients who want it, you can send them a weekly/monthly or quarterly report direct from Moz. You can select the metrics you want to include and add your own description/notes to each section. You can send it to multiple addresses (I'd always recommend sending one to yourself - so that you avoid the sticky situation when your client starts asking you about numbers you've not seen!) The biggest problem when you give clients access to the raw data is that they can start to obsess about the individual numbers and rather than the KPIs that relate to their goals.

  • Hi Richard, Thanks for writing in with a great question. Unfortunately, at this time we don't have a way to track more than three search engines per campaign. There is a feature request for adding more search engines to campaigns in our Feature Request Forum already, but it has only received on vote so we haven't prioritized this functionality yet. I would recommend adding your voice to the forum here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/484362-Add-more-than-3-search-engines-per-campaign, since the Product Team uses the forum to make decisions on what features to add or prioritize. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Hi There, The logo that you are seeing on your reports is 2.5 inches wide x .6 inches tall, as noted in the campaign settings, which would be 750x195 pixels if the file is set at a resolution 300 pixels per inch. Your logo is being scaled down because your file is set at 10.4 inches wide by 2.78 inches tall and 72 pixels per inch. The maximum size for the logo is 2.5 inches wide x .6 inches tall regardless of the resolution of the image. I hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you have any other questions. • Hi there, from the Moz home page, click on the button in the top RH nav labelled "Campaigns." You will notice the top nav change. In the  nav, click on the Campaigns tab to get to http://pro.moz.com/campaigns. Finally, click on the link to "Archived" campaigns (located underneath the black bar labeled "PRO near the top of the page.)

  • Hey There, You don't need to add any code to your site to use our tools and all of the information we provide just requires you to set up a campaign. I think Chris might be right that you are actually referring to adding a Google Analytics tracking code to your site. Adding that code can help you integrate your traffic data into your Moz campaign, but it doesn't affect most of the data we provide in the tool. It looks like Chris provided you with a great resource for adding Google Analytics to your site, but let us know if you need help with anything else. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Hello and thank you for reaching out to us at Moz! At this time, we only support Google, Yahoo and Bing. We hope to add more search engines in the future and I hope that Google.cz is still sufficient for your campaign. I apologize in advance for inconveniences this may cause while you are using our tools.

  • It'll be best for someone from Moz to respond to this question, but my understanding is that there is not yet a way to do this, and Google Analytics is the only currently supported reporting and analytics software.
