  • Hi there, Sam from Moz's Help  Team here! So, if you'd like to keep all of the data  in  one Custom Report (for one campaign), then yes, you can filter/sort using keyword labels when you're adding the  Rankings module to the Custom Report. You can read more about keyword labels  here: https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/rankings/keyword-labels. You can add  a variety of different locations for your  keywords within  one campaign - we have a guide here: https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/rankings/track-local-keywords - one thing to note though is that if you track keywords nationally and locally, or across multiple locales, each location will count as a separate keyword in your total keyword limit. If you have a large amount of locations  you  want to monitor, you could  (depending on your keyword limit) create another campaign for the same site as well, and separate that way. If anything is confusing or you have any other questions,  please do feel free to pop a message over to help@moz.com (there we can take a look  at your specific report/campaign, within your account)!

  • Hello there! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! If the only change made to your site's URL is that it is now https instead of http, our tool should start crawling the https pages without needing to create a new Campaign. You can check to make sure that the https pages are being crawled by heading to your All Crawled Pages section of your Site Crawl and filter by "https://" in the search bar. This can be a quick way to make sure we're capturing that update! If you email us at help@moz.com with the campaign name, we'll be happy to check for you! In the case of a URL switch, especially an HTTP to an HTTPS, remember that it is normal to see a bit of a drop in some of your stats just after the move. We have a blog post about migrating to HTTPS: https://moz.com/blog/seo-tips-https-ssl There are also some great Q&A threads about the potential impact: https://moz.com/community/q/our-homepage-url-has-been-301-d-to-the-new-https-version-as-our-md-wanted-us-to-have-the-secure-protocol https://moz.com/community/q/will-switching-to-https-lower-my-domain-authority In terms of indexing, this is something I would recommend checking in your Google Search Console. Google has a great guide here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6033049?hl=en Hope that helps provide some insight! If there's anything else you need, just let me know — I'm always here if you need any help!

  • I'm having the same issue with https://www.nxt-chptr.com . I fixed a redirect issue, but then that hasn't helped. I have tested the Rogerbot through other tools and it said that it was "Allowed." So, not sure what the issue is. Should I just delete the campaign and start a new one?

  • We are tracking our site with a Moz campaign and have recently updated the site with significantly more info and quite a few more pages. Should we delete the existing campaign and start a new one? Thanks!

  • Hi there, thanks for reaching out! So our "Check My Listing" tool looks for specific criteria when it comes to detecting a matching listing for the location you search for. There may be some factors on your Google Maps / Facebook pages that are inhibiting our ability to detect them. Additionally, our tool is looking for your Google Maps page specifically, not Google My Business as GMB listings are not public-facing and only the owner has access to their GMB listing. Could you please write-in to us at help@moz.com with the full NAP (name, address & phone number) of your listing so we can look into this for you? Thank you!

  • Hi there Joel! This is not currently on the roadmap, however I have passed along your feedback to our development team so that we can consider this when we are reviewing future changes and implementations to the tools. Let us know if we can help with anything else!

  • Hi there, Jo from the Moz help team here. That's a great question! Unfortunately, you can't add more than 3 competitors per Campaign, at the moment. However, you do have the option to create a new Campaign for the same website using another set of different competitors, if you wanted to do that! If you were looking for extra competitive link data, Link Explorer would give you the ability to compare up to 5 sites within the "Compare Link Profiles" section. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Jo

  • Hey there! Sorry for the trouble. Our MozBar does detect this canonical, so it is odd that the Site Crawl wouldn't. I might recommend reaching out to us at help@moz.com with your campaign details. We can check on your site crawl and see what might be going on!

  • Hello, I am trying to change http to https for when you crawl the website, is this automated now or do I need to configure it in the campaign settings somewhere?
