  • Hiya, I couldn't find an license number. You should have a subscription number on your invoice though. But you can assign seats through your login creds to other users. Hope that helps Kay

  • Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! That column indicates whether your site is present in Google's Vertical Results for English SERPs for Great Britain. Vertical results, like videos, image packs, or local packs, often appear in SERPs alongside the rest of the organic results, and this column in our report is showing whether or not your site is present in those Vertical Results. If you see "False" that just means that your site is not present in those Vertical Results in the SERP. I hope that helps explain! If you've still got questions, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer them for ya!

  • Hi Karthik - Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. These are all great questions, and the decision is really up to you! We've seen other users do all of the above that you've mentioned here. You can create a campaign for your entire site, and then if you have subdomains in your site that you'd like to specifically analyze you can do that as well. To do that, you create the campaign with the URL to your subdomain and use the Advanced options to narrow the crawl to just that subdomain: http://www.screencast.com/t/Qmmx5J4Zn From here, the options are yours: you can add just specific keywords (local and national alike)/competitors/etc to this campaign and however you'd like to organize and analyze your data from there. I hope this helps but please let me know if there's more I can assist with. And as always, you can contact our team directly by emailing help@moz.com or clicking the blue chat box on the lower right of the tools. Have a great day! -Kristina

  • Hi Cara! Tawny from Moz's Customer Support team here. Unfortunately, I think I have to be the bearer of bad news - I don't know of a way to exclude just one subdomain from a campaign. You can certainly set up campaigns to track just an individual subdomain or for the full root domain, but there's no way to set up a campaign to track the root domain and just some of the subdomains for a site, unless you add an exclusion for Rogerbot in the robots.txt file, which would stop us being able to crawl the full site in your other campaign. Sadly, I don't know of a workaround for this. I think you'd just need to create a campaign for both individual subfolders. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to give us a shout at help@moz.com and we'll do what we can to help.

  • Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Customer Support team here. Unfortunately, there's really no good way to transfer data between campaigns. You can always download the data from one campaign and hold onto that file to compare it to the data you see in the other campaign, but I'm afraid there's no way to import data from one campaign into another. Sorry about that! If you've got any further questions for us, feel free to shoot us a note at help@moz.com and we'll get back to ya as soon as we can with some answers.

  • Thanks Sam!  This new client maintains his website on an in-house server.  As the relationship develops, we will encourage them to allow us to host the site for him, which will make things much easier. I've forwarded your email to my colleague - we'll see what can be done to correct the situation!  Thanks again for the fast response!

  • Hi There, I believe Moz's support team is quite responsive, they have answered your question already. I agree with Blue corona, this should question should not have posted here unless they were not responding to your plea on email/support chat. We would be interested to know why you cancelled the subscription , as I personally find Moz has added lot of value to our SEO and Digital marketing services. Regards, Vijay

  • Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Customer Support team here. Sorry for any issues you are running into trying to connect your Google Analytics profile. Unfortunately, GA limits the number of profiles they present us with to 25, which are also a random sample. If you profile isn’t showing up on the first try, I'd recommend attempting to refresh the page until you are presented with the profile you need. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes! If you're still having trouble connecting your GA profile after giving this a shot, write in to help@moz.com and we'll do our best to get you all sorted out.

  • Update for anyone else experiencing this issue: If the module on the first page is too large, it gets pushed onto the second page of the report and leaves the first page blank. It sounds like the workaround they're offering up would be to use smaller modules on the first page and include large modules like the Dashboard and keyword rankings for later pages. This solves the blank page issue, but we still can't get our logo to show up.

  • Sorry for any confusion about where you monthly data might be! We provide monthly report data if your campaign has been active at least 21 days of the previous month. Once a month ends, it generally takes 3-4 days to process that monthly rollup data and make it available within the campaign.  After it arrives, we'll generate the monthly report and send it out!

  • I'd be interested in this feature too....like the ability to download your entire list in excel, change/update the labels and then re-upload it. Moz please consider developing it.

  • Hi again! Rank Tracker as well as Crawl Test are a part of our Research tools that are included with your Moz Pro subscription. This means that if you are not a subscribed user of Moz Pro you unfortunately will no longer be able to use these tools. The report that you receive in the Crawl Test tool is completely separate from the full Site Crawl that occurs within your campaign. This is meant to be a "in-the-meantime" report that you can run while you're waiting for your weekly Site Crawl to update within your campaign. So, the answer to your question is no, unfortunately. You will need to wait for the weekly update to occur on your campaign in order to see the Site Crawl area of your campaign to be updated with any new findings. As for the funny characters in your crawl test report, I'm going to open up a ticket for you with our Help Team so that we can troubleshoot this for you, outside of this forum area. You should receive an email confirmation shortly of your created ticket and someone should update you soon with some additional information on your CSV download. Thank you! Again, you can reach out to our team for questions about the product by sending an email to help@moz.com or clicking the blue chat icon on the lower left of the tools in the future. -Kristina

  • Thank you Paul. Lessons learned: Do track both www and non-www sites separately as you suggested. I noticed on the Google Webmaster Tool, it even recommends tracking https if the site moves to the secure environment from http. I do see the results being slightly different, but not a lot. The big difference in the results I noted earlier (site crawl issues) was because the scanning was still in progress. After a couple of days, the numbers got much closer together.

  • Just to expand, it may also have an ever so slightly increase on page load time, as the browser tries to download this file. (probably only about 10-50ms or so), so if you can't remove it then it's not really a major concern.

  • Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to expand the view of those URLs in your PDF exports. Sorry about that! While it's not as pretty a report, if you download the CSV instead of the PDF report, you'll be able to access the full URL for your landing pages. I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to the product team - maybe in future updates to the product we can improve the visibility of these URLs in this PDF. Thanks for taking the time to write in! If you've got more questions, feel free to write in to help@moz.com any time!

  • Hi, I currently have two seats: the owner and an assigned seat. I would like to swap ownership between the current owner and the assigned seat. All goes well, until I want to change the email address of the current owner to the one of the assigned seat. Although I removed the assigned seat, upon changing the email address of the current owner to the (removed) assigned seat, Moz indicates 'the email address is already in use'. What should I do? Thanks, Ton
