You're not going to get a massive benefit from a dedicated server on a low amount of visitors. You'll get a bigger benefit for speed by making sure you've got caching/images optimised and lazy loaded + using a CDN for assets. Have a look at Cloudflare and their free plan.

RE: How much website would be worth for SEO?
Honestly, to get a proper answer people would need to know the site in question to do an audit themselves.

RE: My website is penalized from google with no message in GWT.
Would you be able to send me a dm with a copy of that email? I'm interested in larger sized automatic sites and trying to figure out where the limit is (and how yours isn't allowed when others are)

RE: My website is penalized from google with no message in GWT.
Ok, this one may be interesting, if it's none of these options below I'd love to take a deeper look, send me a dm on twitter: https://twitter.com/thomasharvey_me
So, I see that you're on Cloudflare, are you still being crawled by Google?
Have you looked in the old search console? Have you or anyone you work with done anything in the "remove urls" section?
Have you seen any change in crawl stats recently?
Any recent changes to the site that may have caused this?

RE: My company bought another company. How long do I keep the purchased company's site live?
In my opinion, it would be a business decision that's then implemented by the SEO. So ask your bosses these questions and what experience they want for their customers.

RE: Subdomain Question
can anyone think of any other reasons why the images wouldn't get indexed.
Only thing I can think of is perhaps if your subdomain is serving wrong status codes for your images, unlikely but possible.

RE: X Default on hreflang tags
1. You can use any version you want as the x-default, it is merely the version that will be shown if none of the other languages are relevant.
2. Yes
3. I'm guessing you forgot to change the url, so here's the correct structure:
Hope this helps you!

RE: Web designer doesn't see duplicate pages or issues??? Help!
Your web developer is wrong. You do have multiple version of the homepage
You have the following:
http://wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/index.php
http://wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/
http://www.wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/index.php
http://www.wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/
I would first of all get your web developer to do a http:// to http://www. redirect across your whole site, so whenever any user lands on your site they atleast get put onto the same version.
As for with/without index.php you are getting these duplicates, I would ask the web developer to remove any references to index.php and just refer specifically to http://www.wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/ whilst also setting a canonical within the index.php to http://www.wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/
If your developer tries to fight this I would look for a new developer.
Just had a quick look through the site, your developer looks to be being lazy. https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/I6khUBrH under serve scaled images, they haven't bothered to resize it and that's making your website load slower.
http://wilkersoninsuranceagency.com/images/img0018.png is just a lazy way of naming images.

RE: Self Referencing Links - Good or Bad?
"it would seem strange from a UI point of view not to have a consistent navigation."
You hit the nail on the head, imagine is a website like Amazon removed the link on their logo to the homepage from the homepage, some people click this on the homepage just because they're confused and if they don't see a page refresh they may be upset. It's also a LOT more work to implement this.
I would argue a consistent navigation is good, as Google likes to follow a good structure, it's just causing you potential problems, what if you're using a CMS and you're on the blog, then you go to a blog article, do you remove the blog menu link as you're within the blog? There's just no real reason I can personally see for it.

RE: Moving from html to wordpress site - 301's
I would honestly redirect the whole site, then redirect the specific pages to the most relevant new pages.

RE: The importance of meta keywords?
They used to be used quite heavily. Nowadays majority of the major search engines don't use them at all. The only one I believe still does is Yandex, of which it's a minor signal then.

RE: What’s the best way to handle multiple website languages in terms of metatags that should be used and pages sent on our sitemap?
This is my go to resource. Really helps plot it all out visually.

As for sitemaps, refer to this: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2620865?hl=en
If after those articles you aren't 100% sure, i'll try and answer any specific questions point by point.

RE: I'VE DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT STILL GET LOW GOOGLE RANKING
I've just loaded your home page, I can't even see anything. Your preloader is so slow it took me 30 seconds before I got berod and did a force refresh.
You're missing 18 h1 tags, you've got 9 redirects.
http://www.pokudesign.com/services/ for example is actually a really poor quality page.
I can only see 33 pages of actual content, that doesn't seem to be that many for what you could potentially have (case studies would be phenomenal for you)

RE: I just need to how can i get high profile backlinkd on my website
Looking at: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/khasabmusandamtours.com/LeIWjOmI your site doesn't seem that slow. Whilst there's a few things you can do, it's not something I would be overly concerned about.
However, here's a few things.
Images: use - https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/
Use a CDN: https://www.cloudflare.com/ (Free)
Cache: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
This should be enough to get you under a 2s load time.
Your homepage image is massive: http://khasabmusandamtours.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Full-Day-Dhow-Khasab-Tour-In-Musandam01.png It's 776 kb. Try converting it to different formats. Using http://png2jpg.com/ I ran it and got the image to 102kb.

RE: How long does Google takes to re-index title tags?
I would use the search console "fetch as google" it can take a few weeks for Google to crawl and update your site in the serps. Usually I leave 4-6 weeks for any change (on a small site) with larger sites normally being crawled more frequently. When you do cache:yourdomain.com in google chrome, is the time listed sooner than you did the changes?
I enjoy the challenge, trying to figure out the best solution to the problem at hand. I try to help others when I can, i'm very active on the SEO forum, seochat.
