Hi Paula! Are  you saying that your company name is showing twice within the same tag? If so, you may want to reach out to your developer, or Squarespace support. If you are simply saying that the company name is in both the title and meta tags, as long as it makes sense contextually, that doesn't sound like a bad thing at all. Best, Zack

(No, we're not affiliated!) To troubleshoot technical SEO issues, though, is a different matter. So glad to hear you got some help with it and got it hopefully fixed, I assume.  It's a frustrating deal.  Do you have a recommendation for who you used to help you figure it out? I would like to fix it, but I would also like to understand what is going on as I like doing the SEO stuff.  I'm just too new at it to really understand the deep stuff like this. -Judd

Looks like a pretty spammy site. Sometimes a spam site can rank for a time using black hat tactics, but is eventually discovered and taken down. Rankings also can fluctuate naturally for many reasons-- SEOs usually see a "honeymoon period" for new pages, where they rank really highly when they are first published, before dropping in rankings after Google sees how the page performs in the SERPs.
