if you want to find the low competition keywords just open Moz, go to site overview and here put the link of site like BBC  and select the range of difficulty 1 to 50 . by using this method u will definitely find low competition keywords.

You can start by building general links like Forum links or profile backlinks to make the authority of the charity page just like I did for the page of Muslim charity.

I would suggest looking a local seo citations, I would worry too much about the anchor text too much

Hi propertyshark, Local links, from relevant sources, will have a positive impact on your country specific rankings. For example the local chamber of commerce, local business directories and other citation sources are all good sources for country specific links. The same goes for non English languages - a German website getting links from .de domains, hosted in Germany, is a good indicator to the search engines the website is a local authority. Putting aside the direct SEO gains, the business benefits also shouldn't be ignored as you will receive more targeted traffic and potential leads to your website. That said, it is always worth getting international links as part of your link building campaign. A diverse link portfolio is key to riding out future search engine algo changes. Diversify! Nick, I went to that wiki page, and clicked through the link. While the page does redirect to a page which contains content stating "404 Page Not Found", in actuality that page is giving a 200 response, not a 404. In order for any broken link reports to work, the page would have to actually return a 4xx response code (404, 410, etc.).
