  • Hi Rachel! Sorry for the confusion here. The 301 redirects aren't reported as errors; they are actually listed just as a "site notice." As Eric said, they aren't considered as bad, but they do affect your SEO efforts so we think they are important to be aware of so that you can confirm that they are directing to the right place and that they exist on the right pages for your specific strategy. That holds true for all of the information that we report in the site notices section of your crawl diagnostics. Hope that clears things up! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • Hey James, I'm afraid there isn't a way to transfer keywords between campaigns and you would have to just add the keywords into the second campaign manually. One thing that may be helpful is that you can export a CSV from one campaign and then copy the keywords you want to add in the second campaign so you can just paste them into the Add & Manage section of the second campaign. The keywords would count separate between the two campaigns because they require separate resources to collate the data and pull the information that is relevant to the campaign from the rankings. I hope this helps! Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

  • Wow. No custom date ranges? Monitoring activity over time is one of the primary reasons for using a service like this. Wow. No custom date ranges. I mean, hey--monitoring activity over time is one of the primary reasons for using a service like this.

  • Aloha! There's currently no way to automate an invoice receipt being sent to an alternate email address through Moz, so Tim's suggestions would probably be the best way to go: manually forwarding or setting up a rule to automatically forward the receipt.

  • Hi, Just to add to Axel's reply you can check out how many tokens you are using and where by going to this link: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens With all the services you may be logging into with google oauth they can really add up!

  • Doesn't seem to be a way yet as it's still in early stages. But many users have requested this feature, and I've read that they plan on adding it soon. Fingers crossed very soon!!

  • Hey Keri, Sam here, I'm still getting this issue with Q& A emails. Not sure what causes it but it seems to be isolated to Moz. Sam

  • If you have been following the feature request thread via the link David shared above (thanks, David!), then you know that Moz recently launched the ability for customers to add more users to their Moz Pro account. We call it Multiseat! If you want to learn more about what our v1 of Multiseat includes or how we plan to iterate on it in the future, please check out our blog post: At Last! You Can Now Add Users to Your Moz Pro Account.

  • Hello! Thanks for jumping in Tim! The Mozscape index is indeed an automated process - but sadly our Sep release was cancelled. I would definitely recommend jumping over to Rand's Q&A post for more details on what exactly went down. I hope this additional information helps to clarify!

  • Like the standard level I think it will be split into 50K per campaign. I am unaware there is a setting to limit the page crawled based on your overall amount (in standard there isn't anyway). It could possibly be a nice feature that Moz could include if you have one campaign that is much larger than the rest.

  • I'm having the same issue. The download pdf tool looks like it is working, but I only get viewer.html file that is blank.

  • Hi There, Hope you are having an awesome day! This is a bit tricky because it can depend a bit on how successful the transtion is implemented. My suggestion has usually been to set up a new campaign following the HTTPS alongside of your existing campaign. This way if the transition was solid you can just stick with the old campaign, however if it looks like the reporting is a bit different than you can focus on the new one. Since the majorly affected section will be crawl diagnostics you will not need to worry about your keywords. Finally, if you do not have the room in your campaign, I would probably stick with the old campaign and keep an eye out for a drop in data for the crawl diagnostics section. With luck this advice may be of aid, let me know if you have any questions!

  • Hey there! Sorry for the confusion. We did have a hiccup with reports this morning. Your logos should be available again on your reports. Let me know if you are not able to see them in your exports.
