  • This is still a major drawback. The reports look terrible and are not searchable. Please fix this design flaw. The older method worked.

  • Hey there, this is Michael on the Moz Help Team! When you are setting up the campaign for your domain, you want to make sure to click the "+Advanced" button under the "What site do you want to track?" box. Then check the box to exclude subdomains http://prntscr.com/6uvd8k. I'm sorry to say that this isn't a setting that you can edit after the campaign has been created, so you'll need to create a new campaign for your domain. I hope this helps!

  • Hi Aaron. From the help page: Q: How do I show or hide the MozBar? A: Either clicking the button in the top right or using the keyboard shortcut (Cmd + Option + Control + M on OSX, Shift + Ctrl + Alt + M on Windows). It looks like now the SERP feature is an on / off view by clicking the icon in your browser. (Or using the keyboard shortcuts)

  • You'll probably have to do a campaign per location. Do they have separate URLs to track as well? If that's the case you'll get better data by creating a campaign per location. Same goes for Moz Local as you'll want your NAP to align with each location there as well. Cheers!

  • Hi Pania. From your campaign home page (http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns) you should be able to click the gear icon and then select "Archive Campaign" or "Delete Campaign" from the window that opens there.

  • In addition to Ryan's awesome information, we are working on adding more flexibility to the on-page tool which we hope to have complete soon. No hard ETA but I hope it will be ready in a few months. Cheers!

  • I'm having the same problem. In fact, my host has decided to BLOCK the rogerbot from crawling my site at all! When I asked them if they could limit rogerbot instead of blocking him, they said.... "They don't respect this, that is the problem, so we have no choice, basically. It is their job to configure their crawler properly." That sucks! Because I want rogerbot to crawl my site!!!

  • Hi, You can export PDFs via the custom reports tab or most pages you should see a "download PDF" button. I can imagine you more want a CSV, where applicable you will see a download CSV option, this is more for ranking reports etc. as seen here - http://i.imgur.com/GQd6rtq.jpg Hope that helps.

  • Hi Sandi. If you put these keywords into a Moz Analytics campaign they will display a full history as well as a change column from current and previous.  Cheers!

  • Hello Friends, I hope that you are all having an amazing day and this message finds you well! Unfortunately, it seems that you have run into some of the slightly less awesome aspects of our products. The standard time setting in the dashbaord is set to weekly. The way we collect traffic data is that we make collections every day and compile those collections at the end of the week to form a weekly collection. Since the dashboard is set to a weekly time frame and we do not have seven days worth of data just yet, it is displayed as a zero. Once seven days have passed you should begin to see traffic data within the dashboard. In the interim though, you can always go to the Traffic from Search section and select the daily time frame to collect all of most recent amazing traffic data. Here is a screen capture for reference: http://screencast.com/t/7HLdeJn6. I will speak to our product team to see if we can clean up the messaging for the dashbaord but in the meantime if you have any questions for me let me know. Have a spectacular day and may Roger be with you!

  • Hi Glenn, Sorry for the trouble with getting upgraded! It looks like we have an issue with the calculation when you upgrade from a free trial. Apologies for that - we will look into this! Send us an email at help@moz.com and we can get you set up properly through the backend in the meantime!

  • Hi Eric If it is not working within a campaign can you send us a screenshot to help@moz.com so we can troubleshoot?

  • I had never even heard of 904 errors before encountering them with Moz. The first time I ever saw it come up it coincided with a bandwidth usage issue that the client was having as well as the most significant/sudden drop off in organic rankings I've ever seen personally. Despite the fact that the client did make changes to his hosting plan to alleviate any bandwidth issues, the 904 errors continue to persist and the organic rankings continue to be less than stellar. Can 9xx errors like have a significant negative impact on organic rankings?

  • If Google is showing a 404 error when you click on the search result then technically you should also see a 404 error when visit the URL directly through your address bar. Google does a live fetch of your site from the search results so that won't change the 404 you're getting in a few days time. Yes, you can return a 404 header to only the Googlebot, but this has be done intentionally via htaccess, and I doubt you've done that. If you've been using one of the old date or the numeric permalink structure options, then you'll need to redirect your old permalinks to your new ones. You can try a plugin like 'Simple 301 Redirect' and fix the broken URLs that way if you only have a few of them. If you have a lot of them, which may be the case if you've changed your permalink structure, then you need to find a plugin that'll do the job for you. Good Luck
