Moz Crawler not working on beta site
Hi everyone! I wanted to follow up with everyone who experienced the same issue. Unfortunately the moz crawler doesn't crawl any noindex,nofollow which proves its limits. There is another tool called screamingfrog that will allow you to crawl all the noindex, nofollow pages. This tool is literally saving me as I was able to detect many errors on the Beta Site. Without it we would have launched the new site and our SEO would have taken a major hit. Thanks!

How can you tell Rogerbot when you want it to crawl?
Hi there! Rogerbot can't actually be told to crawl at a specific time. However, if you're finding that he is crawling your site too aggressively you could set up a crawl delay in your robots.txt file to set the number of seconds between requests to the same server.

Location specific MOZ Ranking changes - How to track them
Hi Monica & Adam, Its very clear that for localised keywords google is trying to give localised results. But problem for us is tracking them or finding some consistent tool to track which makes our work easy. I like to have some one from MOZ to reply to this thread. And as you guys mentioned, If you're logged in google, google will try to give personalised results which i think in user perspective is great. But I always make sure when I Test I clear my cache and log out of google and in incognito mode .

Can't create new campaign
Hi There, It looks like there may may be an issue with the subdomain that is preventing us from creating the campaign. After entering in the URL xyz.com in campaign creation I did not run into any other issues. If you try using xyz.com and you are still unable to connect I would recommend reaching out to us directly by emailing help@moz.com. This way you can get a 1:1 interaction with a customer service representative and dive into any issues that may be specific to the account. Landing pages - adding of to campaign
I would say that is a good assumption. Keep in mind that if you have a page ranking for a particular keyword already it is had to get that page to unrank. Short of de-optimizing that page, you kind of have to wait it out.

Can I add additional users to my account?
I believe that in the future you will be able to, but for now and I don't know if this is technically permitted in there T&Cs you have to share your login details.

Email alerts for reports
Hi there, Thanks for your feedback! We don't currently have a way for you to add additional emails on an account, but this is actually something is currently in development. Right now, the only place where you can have reports sent to alternate email addresses is through your Custom Reports - but that doesn't include options for the CSVs that you can request in other areas of the tools. We don't have an ETA of when this feature of additional emails on the account will be released, but hold tight - we're working on it!

150k+ issues out of nowhere?
The calendar isn't in a Wordpress installation, it's in a custom CMS. What was happening was whenever you click a date, category or date range, you'd get the same URL with parameters (calendar.html?year=2014&month=10&day=23). We've modified that template to be canonical to the main calendar page, so hopefully that will address duplicates there. When you click a specific event title, you get an event page with an event ID parameter (event.html?evid=1960). We've modified that template to display the date and event title in the <title>tag and a truncated description of the event in the meta description, so hopefully that will treat each event as a separate page with its own content.<br /><br />But we really do need to separate the subdomains from our reports, as the wordpress installations are throwing up duplicates for a lot of items, attachment posts, etc. This will be fixed with relaunches of those subdomains, but for the time being it sure makes hunting down actionable items on our main domain difficult.</p></title>

Where do I delete a campaign?
On the campaigns page (the pro home) under the grey bar that says "Campaigns", there is a white bar that has 5 of 5 campaigns (or whatever number you have) on the left--all the way to the right on that bar, in light blue, it says "Manage Campaigns." Click that and you'll see where to delete (or archive).

Can't connect with Google Analytics
Glad you were able to find it! This is a first we've heard of extensions causing this issue. Can you tell me which ones you needed to disable or remove to get it to work? We would like to try and duplicate this for others.

Change the date of the monthly report
We have the same complaint about the system. Hoping to hear that MOZ is planning to change this so that the custom monthly reports we set to run for us automatically will come in for the previous month on the first few days of the following month. Only having the report run every month on the day you set it up on is bonkers. With the system being the way it is currently I have set a reminder to reset all monthly reports to run this month once I see that September data is showing. Currently there is no other work around that I am aware of.

Is there anohter way to upload logo for branded report?
We also read the forum and assign questions related to product support to our help team. We actually love getting questions in here because of crowd-sourcing, and depending on how many customers we have writing in, it helps us get our job done that much quicker. Unfortunately, this issue looks like it might be a bug we need to triage.

Moving site from one domain to another but don't want to lose my historic MOZ stats. Is there a simple way of doing this in Moz?
Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately there isn't a way to change the domain in an active campaign. Part of the reason behind this would be the incongruency in the data presented if we did so. What you'll need to do in this case is create a new campaign. You can the archive the old campaign to preserve it's historic data. This way you can always reactivate it and pick up where you left off if needed. Hope this helps and have a great day!

When MoZ support does not respond
Hi Ruben, In my childhood in my neighborhood there used to be a respected old man who would say: "When you have a problem go on the roof and cry aloud so that somebody could come to your help." So i cried here in the MoZ Community to find solution for me but could not. As far your query MoZ must provide urgent ticket posting option to users where users could get an instant reply from MoZ team.Posting a query through mail to MoZ an waiting for the reply is like a hell. Second there must be resources on explaining various MoZ reports in detail. This is how I think. Hope make some sense for you.
