  • Hi Kasia! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! James is totally right! You can archive any of your campaigns to free up a slot. Please note that we'll store your historical data, but we won't collect anything new while your campaign is archived. I hope this helps, and have a great week! Erin

  • Hey MorganNW! No unfortunately you can't. I asked this same thing a while back and was told we cannot add additional users "at this time". I'm not sure if this meant they were working on adding this feature or not but I don't think its on the top of the priority list. They have WAY bigger fish(kin's) to fry! lol Check out this post: http://moz.com/community/q/how-can-i-add-multiple-users-to-my-pro-account

  • hemblem5 has started this off perfectly. Firstly, yes I do live in the UK. A caching issue could potentially be the problem, it'd be interesting to see if that's what fixed the issue. Just to expand on hemblem5's point, the best way to see exactly how many pages Google has indexed, is by using the search operator **site: **(kudos to hemblem5 for mentioning) Using this search operator on both the US and UK site, we can see the following results: site:itelligencegroup.com/uk/ Google is currently indexing 1,160 pages vs. site:us.itelligencegroup.com Google is currently indexing 879 pages We can also see that when using: site:itelligencegroup.com Google is currently indexing 3,130 pages From a quick look at the above, I can also see that the domain has 3 sub-domains: us.itelligencegroup.com blog.itelligencegroup.com 975 pages indexed myaccount.itelligencegroup.com 7 pages indexed I think going forward, the best thing to do would be to see how many pages you actually have across the site. If there all being indexed then there's no huge issue regarding making changes. If they're not then I recommend following my advice in the previous post. A good tool to use to find all your pages is Screaming Frog SEO Spider Tool. However I would recommend running the tool outside of peak visiting hours as it can sometimes cause the host server to slow down in response time due to the large number of requests. If you have any questions just ask. Let me know how you get on. Thanks SilverDoor

  • If the profiles were in their own directory, like domain.com/profile/user1, it'd be easy to exclude /profile/ in robots.txt. However, your profiles look like they're off the root. In your software system, is there any way to add a noindex tag to profile pages, or make any type of control over indexing of types of pages? Is there one main section (folder) of your website that has content that you want optimized? You could also set up a campaign for just that folder, such as domain.com/myimportantcontent/.

  • Hey Matt, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion! What you are describing is actually a known bug that our engineers are working to correct already. We don't currently have an eta for when the main campaign overview dashboard will display the quick snapshot of data correctly, so thank you for bearing with us while we work to resolve this. As for asking for support or reporting bugs, you can always send them directly to our Help Team at help@moz.com. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Hey there, I'm sorry that you are having trouble deleting reports from the on-page grader! Reports that are automatically generated based on your rankings can't be deleted from your campaign, but any URL/keyword combination that you have added manually should just disappear as soon as you hit the delete button. If you aren't seeing that happen can you please email us directly at help@moz.com with examples of the reports you are trying to delete so that we can investigate further? I look forward to hearing from you there soon. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • This might be a browser issue. Can you try Firefox or Chrome and possibly try logging in through  http://proxy.freya.moz.com/ instead of Moz.com. One of these methods should help! Make sure you have pop up blockers disabled.

  • Do you have other campaigns using CloudBurst? If so all authorizations will appear in the drop down as Google only sees the account as a whole and not the campaigns separately. If you are authorizing the correct account and do not see the connections in the drop down, it will mean there are too many profiles in the account (more than 20) or the account does not have full administrative access. Others have been able to import the connections by moving profiles to other accounts. You may have to reach out to Google to verify you are under the token limit to allow more connections.

  • Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Campaigns have a 90% tolerance for duplicate content. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text. So if a URL is at least 90% similar in code to another URL, this warning will appear. Although the pages in question are may appear to be different on the front end, they are actually duplicates based on this percentage (at least the example URLs I checked in your campaigns.) You can run your own tests using this tool: http://www.webconfs.com/similar-page-checker.php We don't know what standard Google uses, but it's safe to say they are a bit more sophisticated than us - so you might be okay in this regard as long as you have a couple hundred words of unique text per page. Google won't say how much duplicate content is too much, so we like to be better safe than sorry. Our crawler does recognize canonicals, so this might be happening because of where your canonicals tags are pointing. Pages are considered duplicates if their canonical tags point to different URLs. For example, DUPLICATE1 is considered a duplicate of DUPLICATE2 if the canonical tag for the first page is CANON1 while the canonical for the second URL is CANON2. Since the canonical tags point to different pages it is assumed that CANON1 and CANON2 are likely to be duplicates themselves. Here is how our system interprets duplicate content vs. rel canonical: Assuming A, B, C, and D are all duplicates, If A references B as the canonical, then they are not considered duplicates If A and B both reference C as canonical, A and B are not considered duplicates of each other If A references C as a canonical, A and B are considered duplicated If A references C as canonical, B references D, then A and B are considered duplicates For more information on using canonical tags, check out this great post by our very own Dr. Pete: http://moz.com/blog/rel-confused-answers-to-your-rel-canonical-questions Whew! That was a lot of information! If you still have questions, feel free to email us at help@moz.com with examples of any URLs you have questions about. Happy Tuesday! Erin
