  • Hi Erin, I have a similar problem with HubSpot they have Page Titles all the same which we an only set once for Blog Topics. So all the Blog Topics are "Know-How Makes the Difference" (Marketing!). Hubspot then set each Topic page's canonical link to point to the main blog page, however Moz picks up that all of the topic pages have duplicate titles. Does this effect ranking in any way? and is it right that Moz points this out since the canonical link is set? Any clarity here would be much appreciated. Dave

  • As per David, the current limit is 3, but you can get a look at up to 5 multiple competitors side-by-side using the Competitive Link Finder: http://moz.com/labs/link-finder.  Running this twice gets you up to ten fairly quickly.

  • I am talking the actual content, not the headings in grey Boxes, they print fine. Its the content below these "headings" where you have alternate grey rows. (actual results) Its a very thin small "greyish" font. Even making the font one px larger would help. Yes its a rather expensive Brother inkjet printer. The KW labels next to each keyword are colour (branded etc) are also very light (barley visible) even though other colours such as the Bar graphs at the top are bright and vibrant!

  • Thanks for reaching out to us! Right now, we do not have a way to view data in an archived campaign without reactivating the campaign and then viewing the previous data in that campaign. You should be able to reactivate that at any time as long as your membership is active. If you have trouble with that, please reach out to help@moz.com so that we can make sure to help.

  • Howdy! We now have local rank tracking. Check out our blog post at http://moz.com/blog/local-rankings-in-moz-analytics for all the cool details.

  • Correct. If a page is not accessible when a crawl is attempted, then grades will be returned as an F grade, only because we are grading the page that does resolve when reached. Commonly 404 pages.

  • No problem! The limit will refer to any profile associated with a tracking Code. So in GA you have one primary email account and you can have up to 100 profiles, but for connecting GA profile to 3rd party services, they have a 25 token limit. "There is currently a 25-token limit per Google user account. If a user account has 25 valid tokens, the next authentication request succeeds, but quietly invalidates the oldest outstanding token without any user-visible warning. If you need to authorize multiple programs, machines, or devices, one workaround is to limit the number of clients that you authorize per user account to 15 or 20. If you are a Google Apps admin, you can create additional admin users and use them to authorize some of the clients." The above is from: https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2 So far exceeding the limit is what we have isolated for profiles not appearing when authorized.

  • If this were the first ask, or if this wasn't such an expected solution, then I wouldn't be pressuring here. Not being able to control the dates though is a serious oversight. From what you're telling me, reaching out to help@moz.com isn't going to help either. So, once again, I'm left with a problem and no solution. Not happy. Note, I realize you can't do anything first hand here. But passing this along should get more reaction that it is. Micha

  • Hi there, We are planning to switch to https soon and would like to keep our Moz campaign intact but I am slightly confused. This thread says no action is required while that one says that a new campaign needs to be set up for the https version of the site. Assuming that Roger can crawl https and the domain stays the same (only the protocol changes, with 301 redirects in place from http to https ) there is no need to set up a separate campaign, correct?

  • Hello there, +1 to Bryan_Loconto - thanks for the initial reply while we got caffeinated this morning. Now that us Helpsters had a fresh cup of Seattle Coffee we are ready to go! Krakensigns - At this time we do not have the ability to have multiple users on one account though we do hear your feedback and would love to roll it out in the future. Secondly it seems very odd that that they cannot get into your account with the correct details. I would suggest doing a password reset: https://moz.com/lost-password. If they are still having trouble getting into the account with the email ad password you provide them with please reach us at help@moz.com.
