Downgrading subscription

Hi,

I wish to downgrade from a Large account to a Standard account. When I try to do this I get the following message:

The Moz Analytics Standard Monthly subscription offers fewer campaigns, keywords, crawled pages, and social accounts than you can currently track. If you wish to move to the Moz Analytics Standard Monthly subscription, you will first need to archive or delete 146 keywords, 1 campaigns, 1 social accounts.

**BUT **I only have 146 keywords, 1 campaign and 1 social account - do I have to archive the entire thing before I can downgrade? That doesn't seem very fair! I thought the Standard account gave the following:

• 5 Moz Analytics Campaigns
• 300 Keywords
• 250,000 Crawled Pages
• **15 **Social Accounts

What gives, Moz?

I only need the standard account now, so please let me downgrade - or my boss may make me get rid of it completely!!!

IMO you should write an email to the help team: help@moz.com. That will be the fastest way to resolve your issue.

Amelia - Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, and thank you keszi for the advice on how to reach pout to our help team. Right now we are noticing this as a bug and have began looking into the cause. We will hopefully have a resolution soon and I will post na update here when we do!
