Can't create new campaign

Dear Sir,

I tried to create new campaign, but I got Oop message and then I checked my website with validator.w3.org, this message appear :

500 Can't connect to www.xyz.com:80 (connect: Connection timed out)

Please help.

Hi There,

It looks like there may may be an issue with the subdomain that is preventing us from creating the campaign. After entering in the URL xyz.com in campaign creation I did not run into any other issues. If you try using xyz.com and you are still unable to connect I would recommend reaching out to us directly by emailing help@moz.com. This way you can get a 1:1 interaction with a customer service representative and dive into any issues that may be specific to the account.
