Yeah, I thought that may have been the reason. Thank you for your help and my spelling correction.

I updated my page title and description along time ago, the title updated but not the description.

I updated it in google search console, but it keeps pulling the first few lines from the page content instead, which isn't really an attention grabbing sentence??

Any ideas?

I've only ever built one site using WordPress though - and that was for me & it didn't need to rank.

It's a small company I'm doing this for, and their keywords aren't too difficult to rank for.  But none the less, I want to choose the best option for them.

Is there any coding involved in using these themes? I can code a little but not a lot.

Any more light you can shine on it would be greatly appreciated.

About the cms: I want the option to be able to make edits to the site myself.

I have a roofing contractor friend that wants a new site. There's a lot of choices out there, so to save a little time I'm looking for good suggestions.

Ideally one with a good DA, and the ability to make manual edits on the back side.

I have a site that wants to change their URL, It's a very basic site with hardly any backlinks. http://www.cproofingandexteriors.com/

The only change they want to make is taking out the 'and'.. so it would be cproofingexteriors.com they already own the domain.

What should I do??

There not core pages, but Ideally, I still want these pages to rank. Would it make a big different to the SEO if I put them some place else - meaning will it hurt me if I hide these pages?

The blog for my website is integrated, but does not have a URL that matches the text. The company I use for my site say that it can't be changed. Basically it displays numbers instead of text in the url.

So I thought, what about starting another blog as well as the original. Would this have any effects on my SEO, negative or positive?

That helps me a lot, I get why I would use the word 'Study', because it does look like i'm sending them to an insurance home page. Which isn't as interesting as a study ( Or at least as interesting as an insurance study can be.. ) Yawn.
