New URL with our company rebrand
Hi there, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! Unfortunately, there's no way to change the URL your Campaign is tracking once the Campaign has been created.

Client seats not restricted to their campaign?
I guess often greed can be counterproductive. This questions has been asked for years with the same silent treatment. I would have offered my 100+ clients a service upgrade years ago (with access to individual campaigns for extra say $15 a month, most would be thrilled at such opportunity) possibly bringing 100+ campaigns to MOZ. As it is, with current limitations, i'm just using MOZ occasionally to do some research on client's requests. Everyone looses.

Moz was unable to crawl - how to fix?
Hey there! Sorry to hear that a couple of your Campaigns are running into Robots.txt crawl issues! Maybe I can help figure out why those sites can't be crawled. It looks like the robots.txt file for the first site you mentioned is returning a 403 Forbidden response to our user-agent, Rogerbot: https://www.screencast.com/t/TFFaWtikf Anything other than a 301 redirect or a 200 OK status wills top us from being able to access the robots.txt file, which will result in a crawl failure. Please make sure your robots.txt file is fully accessible to rogerbot. For the second site, ptone.nl, we're getting a 406 Not Allowed error: https://www.screencast.com/t/np1AEJ3oDiy2 Again, we'll need to be able to access those robots.txt files in order to crawl your site. And that last site is also returning a 403 Forbidden response when we try to access your robots.txt file for that site: https://www.screencast.com/t/CEpKpLq3z I'd recommend checking in with your web developer or whoever manages your site for you. They'll probably know how to make the necessary changes to make sure that your robots.txt files are accessible to our crawler. Hope this helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do everything we can to answer them all.

How to add additional user to my Medium Moz account?
Hi, My mistake! I wrongly thought I was the admin, but I have just been added too so I couldn't find this option. Many thanks for your help! Katarina

How do I schedule the Moz Crawl?
I believe you can't. That said Moz crawler shouldn't take down your site, and if it does then you should really consider improving your hosting or checking out why is the site crashing, could be tons of reasons, such as: not enough computing resources (change your hosting); not optimized database queries; etc;

Seeing what time a crawl was run, configuring crawl settings
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. The only way to see what time our crawler is crawling your site would be to check for our user-agent in your server logs: rogerbot. Unfortunately, there's no way to control the time of day at which we crawl your site. We just don't have a setting for that. There's also no way to control the day of the week the crawl takes place, for similar reasons. Your site will be crawled around the same time each week, with no way of adjusting when that takes place. We currently don't have a way to slow the crawl rate, either. Normally you'd be able to use a crawl delay in your robots.txt file, but our new crawler isn't following those crawl delays at the moment. In the future, that will be how you would slow down our crawler, but for now that option isn't up and running. Sorry about that! I'm afraid I wasn't too much help here, Patrick. My apologies I couldn't be more useful to you. If you still have questions, feel free to shoot us a note at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort things out with you.

Can we track more than three competitors per campaign?
This clears it up I guess you could consider this a feature request too - I'd love to track more competitors on a campaign. If it came with the next account level it would influence any upgrade decisions we make, (although it's definitely not a 100% if I can track more competitors I'll upgrade). I'm going to look and see what Open Site Explorer can do for me.

Does moz let you use RegEx when setting up crawls?
Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! Nope, there's no way to use RegEx for our site crawl. Our crawler starts from your homepage and crawls each link it finds from there, unless it's disallowed by your robots.txt file. There's no need to use any code when you're setting up a campaign to crawl your site — you just enter the site you'd like us to crawl, and we take care of the rest. No tracking codes or RegEx necessary. Hope that helps! If you've still got questions for us, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer them all for ya. Cheers, Tawny

Hi, I want to add a new seat, but I want to restrict them to only 1 of my campaigns. Is this possible? Mucho thanks
I know it's a feature request we've been getting for quite some time yet, but at this moment in time we don't have the ability to limit your seated user's access to specific campaigns. Sorry about that! I hope it doesn't end up being a dealbreaker for you, but I do understand if this means you need to try out other tools for your needs.

NEW Robot crawl blocked
Turns out the format of the robots.txt file needed to be listed as UTF8 in my .htaccess file. All working now. That was a wasted week playing with security etc but I have to give it to the MOZ CS. they didn't give up.

804 crawl error Squarespace site
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Oh gosh, I think I have to be the bearer of bad news here; our tools aren't going to be able to crawl this site. Unfortunately at this time our crawler isn't compatible with Server Name Indication (SNI), which appears to be in use on your site. In general, SNI is a totally acceptable security configuration, but our crawler simply isn't equipped to be able to handle these settings. The good news is that our team has been working hard on a new crawler that will support this configuration and this crawler is currently in its Beta phase. The bad news is that this beta crawler has been blocked by SquareSpace, so it won't be able to crawl SquareSpace sites. I'm afraid that means we don't have a good solution for this site. If you were to use our primary crawler, you'd continue to get these 804 errors related to SNI compatibility. If you were to use the beta crawler, you'd be blocked with a 403 forbidden error from SquareSpace. I'm sad to say that we don't have a solution for crawling your site at this time. I'm really sorry about that! We totally understand if that means that you need to cancel and look for other tools to better fit your needs. If there's anything else we can do to help you out, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort things out for you.

Can I add more then 3 competitor in Moz Pro?
Hi! Jo from the Moz support team here. Unfortunately, you can't add more than 3 competitors per campaign. However, you do have the option to create a new campaign for the same website using another set of different competitors, if you wanted to do that. If you were looking for extra competitive link data, Open Site Explorer would give you the ability to compare up to 5 sites within the 'Compare Link Metrics' tab, here is the guide. I hope that helps! Best, Jo

New to Moz. how to get complete list of Keywords processed, for example, can see only 85 out of 100 results
Sorry for the trouble! I presume you're asking about Keyword Explorer? You should be able to navigate to the next page of your list, but if that's not an option it may be a bug. I would recommend writing in to help@moz.com with details about which List is having trouble so that we can take a look!

Can you change the order of the projects in your Moz Pro account?
Hi there - Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. We also just responded to your email to our team about this, but I wanted to follow-up with you here as well. At this time we don't have a way to arrange your list of campaigns in Moz Pro, if this is what you're asking? They are automatically ordered by when they were added. This is a common request that we receive, however, and something we're looking into adding into a future version of the tool, but for now I'm afraid that functionality doesn't exist. I hope this helps but certainly let us know if there's more we can assist with or clarify on this. Thank you, -Kristina

Why are my competitors page data not showing up?
Hi there John, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! If you've added the competitors in between weekly updates, you won't see data for them until your next campaign update day when we've collected all the necessary data. If you're unsure if this is the case, would you be able to pop a message over to help@moz.com and let us know the affected campaign name so we can take a proper look into this for you?

804 SSL Quesiton
Hello there! Jo from Moz support here. This is an issue specific to our crawler. Unfortunately at this time our crawler isn't compatible with Server Name Indication (SNI), which appears to be in use on your site. In general, SNI is a totally acceptable security configuration, but our crawler simply isn't equipped to be able to handle these settings. The good news is that our team has been working hard on a new crawler that will support this configuration which currently in its Beta phase. I recommend heading over to this thread for the latest updates. If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1. Our team will be in contact after you've filled out that form when we are ready to add additional users into the Beta. We will be rolling the new crawler out to all of our users once it's out of it's Beta phase, but I don't have an exact timeframe of when that will be at this time as it's still being worked on. In the meantime, I apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if you have any questions or need any additional clarification. Cheers! Jo
