Search error 804 with HTTPS looking on port 80?

In our reports we are receiving search errors where the crawler is attempting to connect to our site via HTTPS but on port 80.  Does anyone know why this would be happening, or more importantly, how to stop it?

Are you using Cloudflare? I know Moz used to have issues with https & cloudflare - not sure if these have been solved.
