Do I need to create a new Moz Analytics campaign (realize can't update url) if I switched over from HTTP to HTTPS?

Yes, you do have to create campaign.

Hi Mike

You do not have to change your URL. We will automatically follow HTTP to HTTPS with your current configuration. You only need to create a new campaign if your domain name changes, which includes going from www to non-www and vice versa.
