What is the best way to optimize industries served pages?
Do you have separate pages for the services? If you do I would optimize like this: abcwidgets.com/industries/durable-goods - for "durable goods" (industry name) abcwidgets.com/industries/durable-goods/service1 - for "service1" (service) But if you don't think optimizing for industry name is worth, then yes, I would optimize for primary service + industry name. The order depends. I decide that based on keyword research. Most of the times it is best with this exact order, "primary service industry name"

SEO-optimized Urls for Japan: English or Japanese Characters
Thanks for the hint. Basically I'd always use the local language for the Urls, but I wonder if the japanese symbols are in any kind problematic to read for the search engines.

Ad Rank and Performance for PLA
Google no longer shows ad rank/position. Google Shopping and PLAs have changed so much in the last year, and ads show in so many different places that rank/position no longer makes sense. Just go through the shopping process and note how many times you see an ad, then you'll realize how that metric matters less, or could be in different places throughout the process. You'll have to rely on other metrics in AdWords to decipher how your ads are doing. Dig into the Columns and decide what matters to you most. Obviously Revenue and Cost-Per are the most valuable, but it's up to you/your client to decide other KPIs. It's not the answer we want, but it's what we need to live with for now

Back to Pro in New Moz Analytics Accounts?
Switching to Pro is only available for those accounts that were created in Pro. For the new accounts, there's not a way to go back to Pro. If you care to share (either here or in a PM) your preference for Pro and what we can do to make Moz Analytics better, I'd love to hear it and will pass along to the appropriate people here at Moz.

How i can get the audit report (using tools etc.) immediately for any website?
Your brain is going to be the biggest tool here. A tool can say you're missing meta descriptions for 5000 pages, but if the site only has 100 pages and URL parameters are being indexed and increasing the URL count to 5000 URLs, you need to know that you really only have 100 meta descriptions to worry about, not 5000, and that your far bigger problem is the URL parameters. Here are a few Moz blog posts about audits that you may find useful, in addition to the post written by Danny that's already been shared: http://moz.com/blog/how-to-perform-the-worlds-greatest-seo-audit http://moz.com/blog/site-audits-deliverables-followup-and-implementation http://moz.com/blog/how-to-do-a-site-audit http://moz.com/blog/seo-site-audits-getting-started http://moz.com/blog/find-your-sites-biggest-technical-flaws-in-60-minutes

Google Plus - Using Personal Account or Google Apps Business Account?
it really depends on whether or not you are using Google Authorship. You cannot really attribute your work to more than one company per Google Pus account. If you are blogging personally I would set up your business blog with attribution to your business Google Plus account. otherwise I do not think it really matters.

Is it OK to 301 a .jpg (image) to a .html (page) ?
Hi Greg, we have done something similar in the past. Here is what we did: We had few images (flow charts and stuff) and some of them acquired some decent links. So, we came up with pages that had content highly relevant to those images. We redirected all those to these new pages via 301. After few weeks we saw great results both in web and image searches. And yes, the link juice flows to the new pages though not that much which used to flow in the past but most of it will. Hope this helps. Best, Devanur Rafi

Best Course of Action For Over Optimized Link Profile
Sounds like you're on the right track, nice job! And, I agree with you, I wouldn't pay a company to remove links, even if I paid them to put them up in the first place. Especially since you have the power of the disavow tool. Good luck!

What is a keyword phrase? How many words in the pjrase?
With the recent changes to the algorithm Google has started the move toward more semantic / intelligent search. What this ultimately means is writing for the user. So it's still very important to include your key phrases that you have identified as part of your research phrase but in a way that is very natural and what the user would want to read to help them find their answer they were looking for when they entered it into Google. In the past many SEO agencies etc have made the mistake of just cramming pages with keywords / phrases that might rank in Google and deliver traffic but do not deliver any conversions. Hope this makes sense and helps

Duplicate identical Google Places listing in the same account
Hi Peter, Good job! Sometimes Google will send a second response quickly. However, if you haven't heard from them in a month and the issue remains, I would try the troubleshooter again and post a thread in the Google And Your Business Help Forum describing what you've done. Sometimes Google can be really slow at responding. Here's to hoping you luck out and get fast resolution! And I would definitely appreciate it if you'd update this thread as you make progress. It will be a good learning experience for the community.

How can I have mistaken identity Facebook work history removed from uncooperative person's profile?
Sharla - That is indeed problematic. I think that you have a couple of options: 1. Through an attorney, send a certified letter asking for the removal of the information from the job history. Have this followed up with a defamation claim for doing harm to a business for fraudulently claiming employment. 2. You can Report a Violation of the Facebook Terms of Service, even if you don't have an account by using the form here: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/274459462613911 3. You can go the person's profile page, and click on the gear icon next to Message, and click on Report. You can use this feature even if you're not friends with the person on Facebook. This might fall into the bullying realm, too. Hope this helps

I am getting html validation errors on my schema, is there something I've done incorrectly?
Hi Rox, I think the problem is because of the Doctype of that page. If you select HTML 5 from the doctype dropdown, you won't get any HTML validation errors related the schema. In summary, it's not worth worrying about. I hope this helps, Craig

What is the current thinking about translated versions of pages? Is it necessary
There are a few ways to do it that have advantages and disadvantages. Your best best is probably to serve users based on their location, rather than their language -- since someone browsing in Chinese in another country probably has no use for the China based version of your site. I know that can be done through Javascript, and I imagine there are other ways to do it. I'm not an expert on that, but there is a lot of information out there about it. Oh, and here's Google's bare bones explanation of the dos and don'ts of Multilingual sites: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/182192?hl=en#1. There's not a lot there but it's important to keep in mind.
