MozTrust suddenly dropped to zero. Link data now unavailable???
Hi Steve and Falk, We normally do not see sites that have been indexed previously drop out of Mozscape. I'm going to turn this into two separate support items (one for each of you) to address as I'll probably need to account/campaign information you may not want to share on the public post. Just look for a message from our help email (help[at]seomoz.org). Thanks! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

Why does SEOMoz only crawl 1 page of my site?
Here are some of the common reasons at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/409821-why-isn-t-my-site-being-crawled-you-re-not-crawling-all-my-pages. If that doesn't fix things, send an email to help@seomoz.org. Thanks!

The videos we bought of the presentations on MozCon 2011 seem to be disappeared. Can I still watch them somewhere?
Hi there, This is what is happening on his page, your page it looks like you purchased the 2012 bundle, the site takes you directly to the hosting page for the videos, what you see is a little different than the OP Hope that helps!

SERP Changes depending on ISP
Your results can change based on the Google data center that is utilized. Perhaps your mobile devices utilize a different one than your computers?

Compeetitor analysis
SEOMoz will find which page ranks for the term you are tracking, and you will be able to compare that. So, yes, it will track your competitor's page.

How to set the crawler or reports to ignore
Thanks for the confirmation. I hadn't wanted to put that in the robots file because if inquisitive, non-robot traffic if you get my meaning, but in it goes; can't stand seeing errors.

Open site explorer
Hi Yoseph, I'm sorry that you are having some trouble accessing the anchor text in Open Site Explorer. This doesn't seem to be a widespread issue and I was able to access that data when I logged into your account, so this may be a cookies issue on your browser. You should definitely make sure that third-party cookies are activated in your browser (I know it seems basic, but it really does help). This is how you do this: Firefox: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/enabling+and+disabling+cookies Chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?answer=95647 After you enable all cookies, including third-party, and save the settings, restart your browser and log back in to the SEOmoz.org site. After that, go to opensiteexplorer.org and make sure you are logged in (it indicates if you are logged in on top of the page). You should be good to go! If you're still having problems, you may want to clear your cache and cookies as well. Here's how: Firefox: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Clear Recent History#w_how-do-i-clear-my-history (clear at least your cache and cookies) Chrome: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95582 After it's all cleared out, try restarting the browser again and then logging in. You should be set. I hope this helps! Let me know if it doesn't work. -Chiaryn

Can not start a SEO MOZ campaign?
Glad you got it resolved, Kristopher. If you feel it's appropriate, could you mark as a "Good Answer" and mark the overall question as answered? This will help other users who may come across the question in the future. Thanks! Need Good Idea for my new site SEO strategy.
Hi wildcat143, Feel free to create backlinks for any page on your website. I like to mix backlinks a bit depending on what content and section I want to rank up. Keep it balanced if you can. If your website has only a couple of sections I would only focus on my homepage honestly. Big sites like e-commerce sites should have lots of backlinks to their internal pages and their homepage as well. SEO evolves constantly due to Google's algorithm getting smarter and smarter and more efficient to find spam websites. Don't try to force Google or you might get banned or penalized. Based on this, and because your site is new, I really don't recommend building that many backlinks per day. Like sterls suggested, Google Places is a great directory-ish nice backlink to have. I also recommend Nokia Prime Place, Yahoo Directory, Foursquare and DMOZ (getting your site listed here might be hard, but it's worth trying). It requires a bit of work to find directories that are trustworthy. But you can find some on your own with the help of Google. Don't waste your time on spammy looking directories full of ads. It's hard to tell just by looking at them sometimes, but good directories will ask you for a lot of information, your logo, images and will usually require some editorial approval before posting your link on their website. Hope you find this information helpful! Edit: By the way what Keri Morgret said is very important. I took that step for granted since I'm more of a web designer but she is absolutely right!!!

My Traffic decreased by 60% after Jan 21st?
There are no silver bullets in SEO, no guaranteed rankings. The best you can do is create great content, build good links, and build your brand. Try to be the site where Google would be wrong for not including you in the search results. As for increasing traffic, besides just writing new content, try networking with other bloggers in your niche. Do guest posts on their blogs. Answer questions on forums, Q&As, and commets. Build relationships and good links, that will get you lots of traffic over the longterm.

Why is my crawl STILL in progress?
Hi there! Thanks for writing in! I checked your account it seems that the crawl was finished. Various factors sometimes can affect the speed at which Roger will check out your site, it usually tries to be as efficient as possible and not take the scenic route, every once in a while he gets stuck trying to resolve something on the site (crossword puzzle maybe) which can cause the crawl to last a little longer. We're constantly keeping track of how long the crawls take for our customers and try to come up with a better more efficient Roger! If your next crawl is taking more than a day (24 hours), i would send us a ticket at help@seomoz.org. Thanks again for writing in! Best, Peter SEOmoz Help Team.

Crawl Diagnostics
Hi there, Thank you letting us know what's going on, I've looked into your diagnostic report, it looks like they are finding these errors because some of your pages are dynamically generated based on the URL that I can see. If you actually go into the specific report you can actually go to the page that we are seeing this, in your example if you follow the link: http://e-maximos.com/?like_it=1033\. This is what it looks like: http://screencast.com/t/tgDGr9JLAX4b. It looks like our tool are reporting the correct errors, although I am not sure how Roger was able to crawl those site, although it doesn't look like your robots is set up to prevent him from going there either. Since your site is written with Word Press, this is one of those situations where Word Press is a great tool for setting up sites on the fly, it sometimes is hard to set it up correctly, since it takes the code quality control out of the users' hands with widgets and plugins. Unfortunately our support channel don't offer consulting as part of our service since we're a product company, also in terms of a solution I will leave this discussion open to see any of our other expert users will chime in to provide some of their insight. One thing to note is that you do have a private question to ask our associates any question you want, I would utilize that to make sure you specific site audit questions gets answered. Hope that helps! Best, Peter SEOmoz Help Team.

Do you think Seomoz is worth the monthly fee if you're not a professional SEO ?
The various responses from SEOMoz staff here are a pretty good example of why I'd consider a Pro subscription worth the money. The tools are great, but what compels be to stay is the community and the immediacy of responses to common questions or pitfalls that professionals and novices alike will encounter.
