Throttling after about 20 requests.

Free API, PRO member. We have been experiencing an issue with a free version due to the fact that it does not pass more than approximately 20 requests. It crashes every time after about 20 requests. We have tried placing 1 request per 10 and 15sec and have the same problem, even though the rate limit is 1 request every 5sec.2

Thanks, Paul. Well, we did ask them initially, but they redirected us to zendesk dev forum. However, we posted a question there couple days ago, but nobody answered.

I'm really surprised the Help folks pawned you off. Even though the API is free (at the level you're using it), I would have thought as a Pro member that they'd give some assistance on a fairly straightforward question like that.

Wonder if it might be worth going back to the Help folks now to ask again, showing that you've tried the other avenues with no results.

Thanks for your input!  We try to answer as many questions as we can, but those involving the API tend to be more in-depth and technical so for the API, we try to pool the questions into a single resource where our Developers get first hand look at the questions and subscribers get more expert help in the area.  It's not our intent to "pawn off" API questions, but to try and provide them with the most accurate and timely help for these technical issues as well as build out a valuable resource database.
