Still laughing about the frames. Man, I am old, so frames were part of the web back in the day, whoever these people are that are doing this work, they need to put their slippers and reading glasses on and sit down in front of the fire with a glass of warm milk. Frames, made my day I tells ya!

Hey Duplicate content is duplicate content whether that is pages on the same site, different sites, different IP's, different C blocks etc. As long as these 'snippets' are not the main page content then having a duplicate bit of text between the blog and the product page should not be a major issue. Point to take away here is that lots of sites use duplicate product descriptions etc, it is better if they are unique, but it will not generate a penalty if it is not the main page content. Go unique if you can but ultimately do what is best for your users. Hope that helps. Marcus

If you still want some opinions, you might try asking this again as a new question, with any additional data or insights you've gained since April.

I'd say continue contributing unique content and link building from relevant sites, and hang in there a few weeks. The changes can take time to show up, and I am glad to see that some rankings for words important to you have improved.
