How do we increase traffic on website.
David and Keri both summed it up well. These are some suggestions you'll probably find in the resources suggested, or elsewhere on the site, but thought I'd add them directly here: Add meta description tags for each page. Use useful and keyword-friendly urls - for example instead of "services.php" try "wedding-photography-services.php" Better headings, for example on the about_us.php page you'd want the header to say "Wedding Photography" instead of just "Photography". Lots of low hanging fruit here to fix - definitely read through the resources suggested and others on the site!

Redirecting a domain
I thought it would be super cool if someone would post the exact syntax to use in .htaccess to make this happen. For all the hordes of info out there on redirects and htaccess, it's amazingly hard to find the code for this one. Here is what worked for me: <code>RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example\.com$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/$1 [R=301,L]</code>

What value could you expect from the use of schema.org metadata?
I haven't seen a case study although everyone has been showing this with Google Recipes. The one issue that has come up is that by making it easier to display info in the SERPs there is a possibility that people may never click-through. For example, if you are searching for movie times or the length of a music recording or the time of event you can get that information on the SERPs and never make it to the page. So GYB want us to neatly package our info for them but then they benefit because people search for something else rather than spending time on our sites.

If you add a no follow to a time sensitive link, will it get picked up as broken link 404 in WMT report?
Links are still viewed as links whether they are no followed or not. A broken link (404) will still be detected regardless of whether you added the nofollow attribute or not. Rather then let those links 404, I would suggest an alternative. Have those links go to a specific page on the site designed for expired links. How about a "Oops, that deal is expired. Click <here>to see a list of our current deals" page.</here>

Is there a better keyword tool than google's adwords keyword tool?
Google don't give exact numbers and don't get specific about what the numbers do represent, but it is very handy to compare phrases - which is more popular, etc. - in deciding which to use on your site. The main reason why I didn't Wordtracker a few years ago was that I needed to know usage based on location and, as far as I know, Google is the only one that can give that kind of detail.

Does having backlinks with anchor text keyword1 negatively effect SERP position for keyword2?
When gaining links I find it affective generating various link anchor text, not all defined for the specific term I am looking to be found for. This is so the links to a given page look more natural and so not to hit the Google fuse for over optimisation. We are all individuals, so we all link in different ways and thus it is far better to have a variation in anchor links. This rule can be used for follow and no-follow links too. All the links that come into one page should be of various types.

AdWords question on text ads
Dan, IIRC, it may relate to the sort order and looks at the ad that's currently at the top of your list of ads. Try showing only ads that are not deleted, or sorting by impressions in the past month (thus showing the most active ad at top), and see if that works.
