I think it depends on the customer really. It might be wise to discuss your strategy openly with them, it is quite possible they have someone on their staff that could help you write copy, and save your time for more valuable things.

I do write meta descriptions on all my blog posts, and I actually do use the Wordpress All in One SEO pack.  However just because you put information for the Meta Title and Meta Description for the article, does not mean it is going to show up in the blog tags or in the blog feed.  The feed and the tags consist of a combination of several different articles and are created dynamically.  However, they are not given a meta description tag.  I would like to find a way to give them a meta description tag. Any suggestions?  I'm not sure if giving tags a no index is the right thing to do or not.  I have actually had several tag url's get ranked for great long tail keywords in Google.

I would go with the abreviation, as it is the most common form other people will put it up as.  You might even get someone listing your business on their website unsolisited.  Often i find these people will use abreviated form, and what really matters is that it matches what is in your google places. either way, pick one now, and stick with it forever. don't change it, and make sure it matches everywhere. also google definitely prefers local numbers to 1800 numbers as primary phone numbers in places page. and make sure you use their format: (123) 456-7890

I have an account on Yelp with 19 real reviews.  The only one that displays is a one star bad review.  All the rest of the 18 are five stars and they hide them as "filtered".  This is a sham company.  There has to be a solution to this.........

I think you've answered your own question by noticing that the searches for Brad Pitt photos and Brad Pitt images are different. I think Google is smart enough to know that photos and images could mean the same thing, but still treats them as different entities. For my titles, I try to add variations but I'm careful not to look like I am stuffing. Another thing you could do is try an experiment.  Title the page "Brad Pitt Photos" and after a while see if it ranks for "Brad Pitt Images", then change the title to "Brad Pitt Photos and Images" and see what happens to the SERPS.

I like the ideas Stephen but these are 30,000 gallon tanks. Not the kind you use for your bbq. I wonder if there was another way to do what you suggest for this type of boring topic.
