Should I buy an expired domain that has already been redirected to some other website? Can I use it or redirect it to my own site if I purchase it?
If the domain has already been redirected somewhere else and if the redirects were accepted by Google, much of the authority for that domain may now have moved to a new location. In modern times the practice of buying domains and 301 redirecting them for extra link juice, is ineffective unless you are operating under very specific circumstances (and even then it's usually considered black-hat) Nowadays Google often checks to see if the new content and pages are similar to the old ones. If they're not then quite often the redirect doesn't work for SEO purposes

My site got hacked and now i have 1000s of 404 pages and backlinks. Should i transfer my site to a new domain name and start again?
Its not a big problem and there is no need to start on a new domain. In fact, this is common with WordPress websites that are not updated regularly. I would advise the following: Try to identify how did the hack take place - if its WordPress you can install the Sucuri Security (free) plugin that will help identify any compromised files. Cleanup the website by deleting all the spam sub-folders & pages. Update your WordPress, Theme and all Plugins (if this is a WordPress website). You can have a quick fix for all the 404s by submitting a 410 response code for these URLs. This can be done through a number of free redirection plugins on WordPress. If its not a WordPress site, there are a number of other options to get this done too. Hope that helps.

Excellent question I have also had issues with. At times, Ive seen random URLs pop up in analytics that are not associated with Google ads.

Where to find good SEO job applicants?
Some great information on here. What I have realized, the applicant must have agency experience. It makes on boarding and client relations going forward so much more efficient.

Yelp (recrawl Google/Bing)
Howdy Mack_, We get this a lot working with our clients, and unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to force more rapid recrawling of Yelp pages directly. However, we've had success doing the following: Make sure your site links to your Yelp page and resubmit your website via Google Search Console - good chance Google will crawl outside your website to hit that Yelp page. Add unique content to the Yelp profile - just adding some fresh photos and content could make your listing more search-valuable. Campaign for more reviews! Yelp has a crawl budget just like your website, so more valuable content will take priority for both Yelp and Google. Hope that helps! Thanks! Mike
