Hi all!
We discovered a secondary issue with the SSO tokens earlier today. The two symptoms associated with it is either being stuck in a redirect loop or being logged out when switching between Moz and OSE. A preliminary fix has been deployed that should cover most of the effected customers. Our Developers are working on a follow-up that should fix it for everyone else. There's no ETA on that as of now, but they're all-hands on it so it shouldn't be too much longer. Sorry about this!

Hi all!
Just wanted to let you know that this was due to an SSO issue that we ran into. Our Developers pushed out a fix though so everything should be good to go. Apologies for the inconvenience and hope you all have a great day!

Hi Everyone!
We had an SSO glitch that we were battling through. A fix for this has been deployed so everything should be working properly again. If you are still running into issues access different parts of Analytics or the tools, try using a different browser or clearing the cookies/cache on the one you're using as you may still have old auth data that hasn't been updated yet. If this doesn't work, please send us a note so we can look into this further for you.
Sorry for the inconvenience here!

Hi Rebekah,
Thanks for reaching out!
Based on what you said, it sounds like you had some archived campaigns which you can access from the Campaigns page. I just popped into your account though and am seeing all of your campaigns active and accessible now though so it looks like everything is working ok now. Let us know if that's not the case and we'll look into this more for you.

Hi!
Thanks for reaching out.
The Mozscape API will provide you with link and URL date, but not ranking information. I recommend checking out our API Wiki for detailed information on both our paid and free API metrics and costs. Thanks again and have a great day!

Hi Elsa,
Thanks for writing in!
It looks like you did have a draft campaign set up in Pro a while back that Analytics is checking against which is why you're running into this error. It looks like you worked around it by creating a campaign with a different name, but Analytics definitely shouldn't be referring to Pro for this data. I'm going to create a ticket with you as the requestor and forward this along to our Developers for you. This way we can get the issue logged, repaired and I can let you know when its deployed.
Thanks for reporting and let us know if there's anything else you need!

Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out!
There was a bug with the GA connection in Moz, but we just deployed an update that should hopefully resolve this. All you need to do is head into the campaign settings, disconnect and then reconnect your GA account. After that, you should start seeing traffic data within a couple hours. Let us know if you have any other questions and hope you have a great day!

Hi Lewis!
What may be the issue is that the campaign your trying to create has the same name as one you've archived so what Greg posted will more than likely fix the issue for you. There is a bug preventing archived campaigns from being seen in Analytics, but if you log in and then navigate to Pro, you'll be able to see and reactivate/delete all of your archived campaigns. Hope this helps!

Hi there!
I'm going to go ahead and marks this as answered since we took care of this in the support queue. For any others that are curious though, You can always add allow/disallow directives for Roger in your robots.txt. I recommend taking a look at our Help Hub for more info
Thanks!

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Your campaigns are actually not gone. Anytime a subscription is cancelled or suspended, any active campaigns are moved to an archived status. This preserves their historic data and allows them to be reactivated later.
We found a bug that is preventing archived campaigns from showing up in the UI and have a fix deploying that should resolve this soon, but I do have a workaround for you in the interim. After you log into Moz, type in:
in your browser navigation window. This will take you to the archived campaigns. From there, just click on the Activate button next to the ones you want to bring back.
Sorry for the confusion here and let me know if there's anything else I can help with. Have a great day!

Hi!
Thanks for writing in and apologies for the issue here.
This is actually a known issue that our Developers are currently working on a fix for. The specific problem has to do with capitalization in the keyword. If you have "Keyword" instead of "keyword", the app will not allow you delete the capitalized version, even though the success message appears.
I'm going to create a follow-up for this in our support system so that I can forward this along to our Developers and update you when a fix is deployed. Thanks again for reporting!

Hi!
Can you try disconnecting and then reconnecting the Twitter account in your campaign settings? Once you do this, give the app a couple hours to refresh and see if new data populates. If you're still having problems after that, please send a ticket into help[at]moz.com as we'll probably need to get a developer to take a look at this for you. Thanks in advance for your patience as we work through the bugs in this initial beta release of Analytics!

Hi there,
Thanks for the post and sorry you're running into issues here!
I just logged into your account and was able to add 3 test keywords in this format - test, test1, test2 -. I left them in the campaign for your review. Everything seems to be working fine from what I can see, but if you're still running into issues here, it may be best to send a ticket into help[at]moz.com so we can dig deeper for you. This'll prevent you from having to post details in the thread too

Hi Kevin et al!
This is a bit of a work-around, but you can access your campaigns in Pro at any time by heading to:
Just make sure that you're logged into Analytics first and then type the above URL into the navigation bar in your browser. From there, you can modify/create custom reports.
Any campaigns you create while logged into Pro won't immediately show up in Analytics, but should within 24-48 hours. If you don't see it by then, just shoot a note over to us at help[at]moz.com.
Hope this clears things up and have a great day!

Hi!
Thanks for reaching out
You are absolutely right here. OSE currently doesn't support https because our crawler doesn't have the ability to authenticate itself with https sites. While we do notice the https site, we won't follow the links due to this limitation. That said, this is a feature that we have built and is currently in the testing phase. I don't have an exact date I can reply on when this will be deployed, but we're hoping to get this update out in the next 2-3 months. It's good to note that if the link is several levels deep (in the site), our crawler still might not detect the link because we use a first-breadth approach that is detailed in our help hub at:http://moz.com/help/pro/ose-overview .
I hope this helps clarify things for you and have a great day!

Hi Timothy,
Thanks for reaching out!
There's unfortunately no way to merge accounts at the moment. This is a feature that's been requested though and one we're still looking into. If this is something that you'd really like to see added to Moz, I'd recommend submitting this as feedback in our Feature Request Forum. If you see an entry in there for this, you can vote it up the queue. Our Product team checks this daily and uses it to help prioritize our new feature releases.
Sorry I can't be of more help here but let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
Best,
Sam
