The time it takes our partners to update the listing really depends on how long it takes them to accept the data we push to them and update the information across their servers. Generally, this can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. If you don't see the listing updated by the end of the 4th week, please let us know and we'll look into it for you.

As long as the campaigns are set up to track all subdomains, we'll follow any 301's set up. Reviewing your account, it looks like there's only one one campaign that's set to track only a single subdomain. You can see which one it is from your account overview page. It'll be the campaign with the www in the listed domain.

There's unfortunately no way to change the crawl type or domain in an active campaign right now. You'd need to create a new campaign with the correct domain in this case. The old campaign can be archived to preserve it's historic data though. Thanks!

At the moment, there isn't a way to export data in Moz Pro in any language other than English. The reports (with the exception of the csv's) are also un-editable. If this is something you'd like to see, I recommend submitting this at feedback in our Feature Request Forum. Our Product team checks this daily and uses it to help determine what features we should work on next. Thanks!

Hi there!

The campaign timeframes default to the period for which we have data. So if your campaign has only been running for a couple weeks, the drop-down will only allow you to choose the most recent weeks' data set. Once the campaign has been active for a month, the monthly timeframe will be available as an option in the timeframe drop-down. You can create and schedule custom reports to go out weekly if you'd like. This way, you'll have a physical record of the campaign progress you can always refer back to.

We may have run into issues with the robots at the time of this crawl, but if your robots.txt is clear now, you should be fine on your next crawl. If you don't want to wait a week, you can always head over to our crawl test tool located on the Research Tools page.

Hey Charles,

There is no comparison page that will show you the difference between paid and free accounts. The easiest way to see them right now is to log out of your Moz account and head over to OSE, Followerwonk and download the Mozbar. High level though, OSE will not provide social metrics, limits the filtering options available and limits the results shown on some of the tabs. Followerwonk shuts off exports and limits certain data sets and the Mozbar deactivates the ability to link to and analyze pages from our paid tools among other things.

Discounts to Mozcon and the video bundles are usually around a couple of hundred dollars. You can find the videos from last years' Mozcon here. I'll be sure to pass this along as feedback to our Product and Marketing teams to see if we can get a more thorough comparison page put together. Thanks!

As a Moz Pro subscriber, you actually get access to a lot of things community users don't. For one, the ability to post in the Community if you have general or more SEO related questions. You also get full access to our free tools (OSE, Followerwonk, Mozbar) which give you more functionality and data. Lastly, you get access to all of our paid tools. This includes (Rank Tracker, On-Page Grader, Fresh Web Explorer, etc) as well as Moz Analytics. I recommend heading over to our Help Hub for a full walkthrough of the app and tools.

As Kimberly pointed out, you actually need to wait for your next scheduled weekly update to see the changes you've made to your site. If you don't want to wait, you can head over to the Research Tools page and use the Crawl Test tool. This will crawl any domain you'd like, up to 3k pages, and report on issues found in a csv format. Just a heads up that Crawl Tests are cached for 24 hours so you'll need to wait a bit between crawls to get updated data.

Hi!

Campaign On-Page grades are actually generated automatically for keywords ranked in the top 50 of SERPs. We take the keyword that ranked and grade it against the page it ranked for. You can always manually set up a keyword/URL combination to be graded weekly through the Add & Manage On Page Grades section. You can also use the stand alone Research Tool to run one off reports.
