Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports

I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign.  The Facebook data appears in our reports.  However, the Twitter data does not.  I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is.  It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data.  What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?

Can you try disconnecting and then reconnecting the Twitter account in your campaign settings? Once you do this, give the app a couple hours to refresh and see if new data populates. If you're still having problems after that, please send a ticket into help[at]moz.com as we'll probably need to get a developer to take a look at this for you.
