Our conversion rate for referral visits is around 5 to 10% depending on the blog. Does the unique phone number tracking work well? I don't know much about it. We talked about doing that, but I though it might confuse people, if they saw a different number every time. Has that ever been a legitimate concern?

RE: Is having two blogs bad?
We were working on the assumption, since blogger is a Google property, it would be best to have it there. Glad to know that's not a big concern.

Is having two blogs bad?
I'm under the impression we should only have one blog, but the company I work for wants to have our original blogger site AND link it to a blog on our website. We're basically just duplicating content, which I know to be bad. Is there any benefit to using both? If not, (which I'm guessing there isn't) which one should we keep? Does google prefer we use blogger, instead of putting it on our company site? Do the links we get from blogger help for SEO more than just putting it on our site?
Any advice would be appreciated.
P.S. The Blogger account has been around longer, but it doesn't have substantial traffic. It gets about 200 pages vies a month, right now. However, the one on the website gets far less than that.

RE: Creating A Scholarship For SEO
I haven't done it yet, because I still don't know how best to approach it. Here are the options that I know of in my area (Tampa, Florida). If I go through one of the universities in the area, they will setup the scholarship for us free. So, there's no time, money or effort expended other than stroking a check. However, they only want the scholarship to go to one of their students (makes sense). So we will only get one link out of that, even if it is an .edu link.
On the other hand, if we do it for say "aspiring women professionals," then we can get market it to all the various women's clubs in the area, youth groups, churches, etc. So before we pull the trigger, I am trying to decide is it better to get 1 .edu link or a bunch of other links. I was hoping someone had some experience or studies on this I could look at, but so far I have not got anything conclusive.

Can someone explain the attached on page error message?
Two weeks ago, I took down our mobile site and switched to one on dudamobile. However, for some reason, I keep getting this error/improvement message on my on page report. I do not see how I can have a cannocial problem with a page that is no longer there. Can someone explain that and what I can do about it?
Thanks!

Creating A Scholarship For SEO
My client is a Law Firm just outside of Tampa, and I am trying to get her keyword phrase: "Tampa Car Accident Attorney" in the top 3. One of the strategies I want to use is to create a scholarship for "Tampa Area Students and how a car accident impacted their life" or "Tampa Area Students and how they think they can decrease car accidents." (that's still be worked on). Once the scholarship is created, I want to put it on our Tampa Car Accident Attorney page, and get other companies to link to that page.
My question is what links should we go after? Because that will tailor it to who we give the scholarship to. We could give it to a University of South Florida student, and get one .edu link. We could do the same thing for the University of Tampa, or Stetson Law School, but we'd only be getting one link from each of them.
If we set it up for high schoolers, we can get more links from the community and schools, but I'm not sure high school .edu links matter all that much. Is 10 high school .edu links as important as 1 college .edu link? I don't know. If anyone has had an experience with this or any insights, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

RE: Do I need to do on-page SEO for my mobile site?
Sure.
http://www.championstitleservices.com/ and our mobile site is a dudamobile site. If someone is searching on a mobile phone, they get redirected to the dudamobile site. So, that's why I don't understand why the mobile site would need to be optimized. From my understanding, (and I could be wrong, so let me know) mobile users when they search get our desktop site, then it's redirected. So, if they desktop is optimized, then it shouldn't matter about mobile, because it's just redirected.
P.S. I agree that the mobile site needs to be optimized, too, because that just "feels" right to me, but I still don't understand why for the "reason" stated above.
Thank you for any explanation you can give me.

Do I need to do on-page SEO for my mobile site?
We have a desktop site, and we just built our first mobile site. Right now, the mobile site doesn't have any title tags, meta descriptions or anything like that, but do I need to even do that? If I have all of that on the desktop site, and the mobile site is just redirected from the desktop site, can't I just do it on the desktop site only? Is there anything to gain from doing it for both sites?

Is this click fraud proposal legit?
My client wants me to look into this email she just got, and I can't decide what to do so i am turning to you wonderful people! From my understanding, I do not see click fraud being a major problem for a small law firm. Maybe an ecommerce site or something, but not here. Also, I'm not sure how the code would even work. Is it wrong to assume that if someone knows to changer his IP address, he also knows to disable tracking cookies?
Has anyone worked with this company or this code? Has it helped? Do you trust it?
Thanks again, and Happy Friday!

Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
I included a screenshot of the report. I had a 111 organic visits for last Mondays past week report, this Monday it is telling me I had 0. It's also telling me I have -10 non-branded keywords.
I know the organic search visits isn't 0. Also, (this part I'm not sure about) but I don't see how I could have a negative amount of non-branded keywords. I would think it would just stop at 0.
Has anyone had something like this happen? Or am I just missing something?
Thanks for any help or comments.

Is it considered duplicate contentnt to post a video to youtube then embed that video on our website's FAQs page?
Essentially, I am answering popular questions we are asked and answering them in a video. Once I post it on youtube, I take the video, add it to our FAQ page, and when someone clicks on the question, a new page opens with the question, the video, and the written answer to the question underneath it.
Thanks for any advice.
