Is it considered duplicate contentnt to post a video to youtube then embed that video on our website's FAQs page?

Essentially, I am answering popular questions we are asked and answering them in a video. Once I post it on youtube, I take the video, add it to our FAQ page, and when someone clicks on the question, a new page opens with the question, the video, and the written answer to the question underneath it.

That's a perfectly fine use of video content. Since Google understands textual content better than other types of content, it could be helpful to include a transcript or short summary of the video beneath the video. This will help with SEO as well as allow people who can't watch the video to get value from the page.

Agreed with Takeshi.  We do this all day long.  Great way to have content on your site and build up your YouTube Channel.  Keep it up!
