One company, two address. How do I handle footer NAP?
Hi DigitalWorkboots, Yes, put both complete NAPs in the footer, preferably using Schema markup. Also put them both on the contact us page, as well as having a separate landing page for each office.

Question
Anyway, you should find a solution to redirect the entire domain while "keeping" the URL structure in the new subdomain. Example: www.domain.co.uk/page1 redirects to www.domain.com/uk/page1 And for those pages that have no related or 404 you also redirect them by using a rewrite rule that redirects EVERYTHING to the new location, even under a subdirectory. Rewrite rule example (for the .co.uk domain): RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !=www.example.com [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/uk/$1 [R=301,L]

Reactivating an archived account not working
I'm having trouble with this as well but the 'ticket' link in the previous comment doesn't work. Not sure best way to get in touch but I'm trying to reactivate an archived campaign and it says I need to upgrade my account. I currently have 4 active campaigns so I should have room for 1 more. Thanks.

Add Cyber Monday Terms To Keyword List Effectively
There is no need to do all those variations in keyword order if you are using broad, or modified broad match keywords. The ordering of the keywords do not matter for broad or modified broad, so you only need one query structure. e.g X Y Cyber Monday Z and Cyber Monday Z X Y will BOTH get triggered by the BMM (broad match modified) kw: +X +Y +Z +Cyber +Monday. It may not even be necessary to include Z in the query pattern but that all depends on impression volume.

Ranking for brand name but no other terms (no manual penalty) is this penguin?
Not 100% sure if it's Penguin per se but it's definitely a link based problem. Look at all of the top anchor text to the site - it's entirely commercial keywords --> http://screencast.com/t/gt4zbWiWNxMc What I've seen happen in this cases is that you will artificially rank well for some of those keywords for a little while and then a link algo catches up with you and you'll drop to where you should have been (or lower) all along. Your on-site isn't as poorly over-optimized as other sites I've seen, but it could be toned down a little but removing keyword repetition / stuffing in the titles/URLs/descriptions etc. You should definitely try to change the anchor text on any of the back links that might be good links, but just too optimized from an anchor standpoint. Use natural non-exact match anchors or branded / domain for the anchor text. For any links that are just plain old bad/spammy/low quality - try to remove them or disavow them.

Loading websites faster
Hi, The two most popular cacheing plugins for WordPress are probably: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ and the w3total cache one you mention. Although they both have the same aim, the way they go about it is quite different. Depending on your technical knowledge you may find Super Cache easier to set up and manage than w3total. For what it's worth I doubt you'll find a plugin that is better than these two, but you may benefit from experimenting with both to see which suits your host better. I'd suggest that if either plugin working on a standalone basis is not making a difference, then you may have issues with your host that need addressing.

Indexing Problem - Most Weird yet I have seen?
It's a duplicate content problem. The site's content is duplicated 100% on many other sites, including http://no1loveastrologer .com and http://archive.is/0T8BA The main site doesn't have enough authority for Google to consider it the source. Google is indexing all the content in other places so it doesn't "need" to index your client's page. Rewrite unique content on as many pages as you can and ping the site in WMT (Fetch as Google, Submit all Pages to Index) and you should see the site come back.

Report Taken 2 days to process so far
Hey Ashley, I am really sorry that your report isn't completing. Unfortunately, there are some sites that have such large link profiles that our system is not able to export the data for these site and it looks like this is the case with your competitor site. Basically, our system has to call the full link profile and then collate the data for the report, which causes a timeout in the system. Our engineers are working on a solution for this issue, but I'm afraid that we currently don't have an ETA for this issue. In the meantime, you can run an Advanced report, using the filters to narrow down the results we need to pull to create the report. For example, I set the minimum DA for 75 and I was able to export an Advanced report for your competitor's site. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Chiaryn

Social Analytics: Service that integrates Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn?
Hi Allie, If you are not used HubSpot in a while I agree with you it was clunky. HubSpot 3 though is the only tool I know if that will allow you to monitor all the big networks including LinkedIn. Tell you when somebody comes from your site from any of them. Allow you to track all of your engagements rather it's over HubSpots e-mail or any social network. They are coming out with HubSpot 4 in January and I think it might be the best social tool out there here are some good competitors though. Check out tracker as well as Adobe anything listed below should do all the networks know that I AWE.SM lets you track your posts on LinkedIn and lets you to post to LinkedIn there are 3 levels of that software and I use it to post a link and quite often you can also create your own category for instance if you wanted to use the least expensive version use static and name it static linkedin when you look at the analytics you'll see where it was shared to as the URL is present in the monitoring. Please have a look at please options as well. https://en.mention.net/ http://www.brandwatch.com/ http://www.adobe.com/solutions/social-marketing.html http://simplymeasured.com/tour/ http://www.socialreport.com/about-social-report.html http://smallbiztrends.com/2013/09/social-media-analytics-tools.html http://www.razorsocial.com/social-media-analytics-tools/ A look a hubspot http://www.hubspot.com/products/social-inbox if you check out http://totally.awe.sm/ in there http://support.awe.sm/ or the links here linkedin in each https://so.awe.sm/bookmarklets http://support.awe.sm/customer/portal/articles/1101457 http://support.awe.sm/customer/portal/articles/1136589-overview I hope this is of more help sincerely, Thomas

Why is my domain authority 1?
I don't know exactly. We've been releasing an index every couple of weeks recently, so I'd wait at least a month before worrying. Do make sure that you have all of your redirects set up properly, so that the search engines know where to find the new site.

My home page is not found by the "Grade a Page" tool
Hi Eduardo! Our engineers are very close to resolving an issue where the in-app page grader is not finding your pages from the crawl data. A fix should be going out very soon but you can use the on-page grader tool as others have suggested as a workaround at https://moz.com/researchtools/on-page-grader Hope this helps!

Link Building: What Can I Reasonably Expect from SEO Firm
5-10 linking domains per month sounds reasonable if they are relevant editorial links. Building links can involve spending a lot of time to research opportunities to find websites that would want to link to you or should be linking to you. For example, a relevant link opportunity would be a local real estate association that lists local brokerages. Another example might be a local website that already lists your competitors. Other times, links are result of building a relationship over time like a connection you have with a friend or complimentary business. If the SEO firm is manufacturing links that you don't really deserve, then that can hurt you in the long run. Ultimately, a link building campaign is like any investment in marketing and carries some risk of failure.

How do you create a content "stream"?
For Twitter, we do have a partnership between Followerwonk and Buffer (more info at http://moz.com/blog/followerwonk-partners-with-buffer). Other than that, no, we don't at this time.
