Footer links don't provide much SEO benefit anymore. It can even hurt your SEO if you overdo it. If the links are not useful for the user than i would suggest dropping them altogether. I do like the suggesting  provided by Eric Rubin though. A Javascript based toggle for the footer links would keep the UI pretty and clean while it still gives your users the ability to open the menu and visit any links there. It all depends on the links though. If they are only there because of SEO reasons and not for helping users find good content then i would recommend just dropping them altogether.

Generally agreed with EGOL here. Not sure why you'd want this on your website, but if it's a single page that is noindexed and uncrawlable, I don't see a problem with it, either. Just make sure it's "noindex, follow" so you're not blocking up the page from passing any link equity it accumulates.

If the tool is listing those URLs with and without the slash I guess you are linking to those pages with and without the ending slash. You should check your site and remove the one that shouldn't be there. Also, check if the "wrong" version redirects to the "correct" one or at least has the "correct" URL in the canonical tag. The lastmod should be the date that the page was last modified, however, most sitemap generators don't know when that was so they just use the timestamp and a changefreq daily to tell Google basically that they need to scrape the page everyday. In most cases, that's not the case as the page remains the same for years, but that won't hurt you at all as Google has its own methods to verify if a page has changed and "learn" how often your site/page updates that it needs to re-scrape it. The fallacy of most bloggers that's why they always fail to earn what they want is because they treat blogs as something JUST to earn money out from it, forgetting its original purpose to share their thoughts and make others be inspired as to what they are posting. That is the first step and the most vital in earning through blog. Keep away those figures for now, think of something that will make people happy regardless of what you will earn and you will just realize that money is PASSIVELY coming unto you. Remember that there are quite a thousand of bloggers online that doesn't aim to earn money but their blogs are seriously huge in traffic, what do they have? love for what they are doing, and that is something that you SHOULD have first before you think of moneytizing it. Because if you think to moneytize it on an early stage, you'll just get disappointed and you will tend to rush things and in the end do it in a bad way, but try to consider loving it first regardless of the money and you will soon realize how many audience you;ve build up, with that, you will just earn money like you didn;t think about it. There's no such thing as earning through blog at a FAST rate, I don't believe on that. Have you read lots of articles about ways to earn through blog? You can see a generic way over there which is content right? Whenever an expert writes articles about earning through blog, you will always see the very famous "Content", because that;s the most important thing, and just so you know, content will never be great without love from doing it.

Being solidly on page 2 and 3 after only 14 months means you are doing great. I have sites that are 5 and 7 years old that still show up on page 2 for some of the keyword phrases we target. PPC can be a powerful way to cover the gap until you get on page 1.  It all really depends on what your market is. Some high competition areas (like weight loss, or payday loans) are outrageously expensive. Other areas (like garden tools) are fairly cheap. I find it profitable for some of my items, but not for all. After running campaigns for a while, pause the losers and let the winners run. If your area is not highly competitive, you can do a lot of PPC for the cost of a $100 link... Can you share your URL so we can make more accurate comments?

Yes there is no error at all. Moreover, try to use the schema.org's markup instead of using Markup Validator in Google.

Had to completely disconnect then re-validate my google account from scratch. Worked. Thank you for the advice.

Hey Doug, First off thanks for the great answer and useful links.  Our organic traffic has been hurting the last two months. When I checked webmaster tools I had no messages and when I checked the links to your site it is saying no data available. Anything you would suggest to try? Thanks again

From one of your last reply! PS. I don't know if it is just me, but I don't think the audio that automatically plays on your site when you visit a page will help people to stay on your site. I think it's a bit bewildering as it is not clear where it is coming from and you don't know how to turn it off which may prompt people to quickly click away. If they do, that will negatively affect your SEO. I understand the desire to promote the free 60 day course, but I think you would be much better to give people the option to hear the audio play by allowing them to click a button to choose to play it (e.g. "Listen to our free offer to turn you into a marketing rock star") rather than feeding it to them automatically. I think you could find your conversion rate would go up. Sorry to mention this, but I know you want to make your site work better for you so I thought it better to share what I think could help you with that too.
