The client was never given access to the ad account that is being used to runs the ads for them even thought it is billing their cc. The agency claims that industry standard is to not provide access. I spoke to facebook and they said they cant help. I was wondering if this is a common issue?
A client of mine is being held hostage by their facebook managers and refusing to give access to their ads - any way to get facebook support on this?
1.-Creating Great content and then doing outreach , guest posting and social promotion on it
2.- Use digtial pr - Give out samples, high res images, provide expert advice , create relationships , Find interesting angles to pitch blogs and sites
3- Create deals and promotions and then promote it
4- Create link bait: create Crazy products like unicorn meat, Be controversial , create amazing tool

Your best bet is installing the moz tool bar and searching around the web for sites within your niche that show up for keywords and terms you would like to show up for .

Try semrush that will give you an idea of how much paid vs organic traffic they have
If its not alot of traffic your best to just ignore it 
Are you looking at over all keywords or just organic?
Is your adwords account linked? Are you tagging bing ppc urls?
SEO- Your doing it wrong! Spinning is not a recommended seo practice anymore
Best is to do site.com/blog so the links to the main site helps the blog otherwise you need to get links for 2 domains
1- check what words competitors use with sites like semrush , keyword spy
2- run words that show intent to buy or buy in larger amounts- buy, wholesale, item sku, item full name, bulk, etc
3- be competitive on price and have a nice selection
4- google shopping tends to give you better cpa
5- weed out negatives and structure tight campaigns based on user intent with exact keywords if possible
6- track calls, sales, micro conv etc
7- pray
Focus on providing a better user experience - bounce rate etc play a part in rankings these days
Google has a majority of all search traffic and i dont believe yahoo is mostly women today- I just did a quick search in GA new gender section for a client and see the same distribution between male and female for yahoo and google ,if anything yahoo was a drop more male then female then google search for this client.
If you are targeting women the only network with a search function that i am aware of that is heavy to one gender is pinterest.
I think you should pick a name you can brand that has some of your keyword in it -my suggestions below
You can have as many accounts as you want the issue is double serving for the same keyword. Google doesnt want your site taking up two spots.

****4 keyword types exist in adwords - broad, broad modified, phrase and exact
-Exact is when you only show your ads to people who type in the exact words
-phrase is when you show your ad to any search term that has the keyword phrase in it - even if extra words are before or after the keyword
Broad , phrase and exact can be seen in the tool on the left side after you do a search.
Use post tags dont use meta keywords - Seo meta Keywords are not used anymore
Dont use pinterest for link building use it to get traffic and eyeballs like you use facebook or twitter
