Google Search Results Flip-Flop
Hi, had a similar problem just last week and solved it by strengthening the interior page ranking factors. Here's how: my page was domain.com/services/page, changed that to domain.com/keyword/page on both the URL and breadcrumbs (that becoming brand -> keyword -> page). better internal linking, added a couple of internal links with or in context near the keyword throughout the website's news section and corporate pages linking to the interior page. Hope this helps you

My Site Auditor
http://mysiteauditor.com/ crawler or system is not that much effectively to work and keeping track newly updated changes in the website. I don't think, it's reliable tool that you can trust for your long term clients, for Site auditing MOZ tools are simply best.

We are building a website to target Us citizens for escorted tours in the UK - Domain Help?
Hi Matt, Brian Dean has produced the best and the most accessible guide to Keyword research: http://backlinko.com/keyword-research. No surprise that the two are the same for if one knows something one also knows how to explain it well That being said, placing a keyword in your domain is no longer as important because of variety of reasons. First, it has been overused as a spamming technique so from 2011 onwards Google has been decreasing it's relevance as a ranking factor. An url structure of: http://www.domain.com/keyword/post can have as much effect as http://www.keyword.com. Second of all, almost all keyword.com domains have been taken anyway so you will probably end up with either keyword.io or keyword.co or the like or with lets say combining the keyword with an adjective like bestkeywords.com The number of organic search result being shown above-the-fold on the first page of search results as we traditionally think of search results is decreasing. Particularly in your vertical. AdWords takes prime position but after that Google Maps, Google+ take up the most visually striking positions on the search results page. And, this is important, the majority of 3-5 organic results that a majority of searchers will ever see will probably be large internet brands like TripAdvisor or AirBnB that are expanding their business to include your vertical (might be even Google Travel :)) 1 thing to take away from Brian's guide that I linked from above that you can do on your own: reverse search your competitors (draw up a list of their domains first) for keywords on Google AdWords Keywords Tool. I would propose doing that for you, if you don't have access to the tool, but I do not know if that is within the rules of this forum.

Do 302 temporary redirect harm?
Hi, Thanks for the info above. I've checked the report in MOZ again. Among the thousands of medium priorities many of them are false alarm as they don't have redirect at all when I test. Many of them are 404 (not found) redirects when page/url no long exist. here is what google says about 404 (not found) redirect: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2409439?ctx=MCE&ctx=NF It says it's normal and do not harm the seo performance. Do I just ignore the according alarm? Thanks

Which of the following actions caused a drop in keyword ranking?
All we can do here is guess, but my guess is that you had a temporary "honeymoon boost" when you first launched the site. Google will often rank a new page highly, see how users interact with it and then drop it down in the rankings after a few weeks. I would imagine that that's a pretty competitive term, so to rank #7 for it would take a lot of authority!

Adwords: Great ideas on low hanging fruit for hypnosis center
The best research tools I know of are Spyfu.com, Wordstream.com, and Google's own Keyword Tool that you can find under the TOOLS tab in AdWords. There are probably favorites all around the industry but these are the few that I use.

H Tags Vs "H Style" Tags?
Thanks guys! Just wanted to clarify if that was actually an H1, or just an H1 styling thing to be viewed as "make this look like H1, but it isn't actually H1".

Check your settings in Screaming Frog for obeying robots.txt, obeying canonicals, etc. That might be your problem.

Changing website framework: Any negative SEO ramifications?
I think Hutch42 is right. If your urls have no file extensions on them (.asp, .php, .htm), you really shouldn't see any dip from merely changing over. It would be worth triple-checking about the extensions, though. We changed our site over a few years back and saw a dip in some key lead-generating pages that had extensions on them. One place you may see a difference is with load times. Your pages' code structure will likely change. And .NET/IIS sometimes has different speeds than a LAMP stack even with the same content.

Landing Page Nowhere In Site on SERP
Thanks so much, Robert! We'll start by setting the canonical URL to the page we want to rank and see what happens over the next little while, then decide on moving forward with the 301 after we have some more data. Thanks again!

Embedding reviews on website?
hello, Embedding reviews is not a problem, as long as you ensure it doesn't get indexed by search engines. Best way to achieve that is to create a separate script which is called in an iframe. This script is the one where you make calls for the reviews from google + or any other source that you may wish to use, and ensure this script is include in your robots.txt as a file which is not be crawled. Hope this helps.

In Moz Medium Pro how many pages can you track for keyword rankings at a time? I know you can track up to 50 in Standard.
Hi Vacasa Sorry for the confusion. Rank Tracker has the same limits of 50 keywords in the Medium Plan. Then it goes to 100 for Large and 300 for Premium. Hope this helps!

Need to change dates in automatic reports
If this were the first ask, or if this wasn't such an expected solution, then I wouldn't be pressuring here. Not being able to control the dates though is a serious oversight. From what you're telling me, reaching out to help@moz.com isn't going to help either. So, once again, I'm left with a problem and no solution. Not happy. Note, I realize you can't do anything first hand here. But passing this along should get more reaction that it is. Micha
