Facebook ad to drive traffic to weight loss newsletter landing page - tips
I tried using women, using images related to weight loss like scales or tapes, but they all get denied saying that they don't want to support "idealized images" of women. The clicks come real slow because I don't have the right images. A picture of fruit does a little better. But $6 a click is not something I can really use well right now. I need better images to make it $2 a click. Any ideas?

What is a loading time of my website?
Seems like these results are consistent with each other, 3.66s and 3.52s are very close, if you repeat the test few time and all results are around those times you should consider around 3.5s as the realistic loading time for your users. Have you checked your analytics account for the site speed section? My favourite tool (developed and supported by Google) is webpagetest. If you check your website with it you will notice few area of improvement, in particular the TTFB (Time To First Byte). The two metric you should care about are TTFB and the total page loading time. TTFB is a factor in google algo ranking of your pages. The total loading time is affecting your UX, and potentially damaging your bounce rate. In the webpagetest your site is getting an F for TTFB, which seems to be between 3 and 7 seconds. Which is really bad and potentially hurting your SERP ranking.

ALL CAPS in title
Another thing to consider is how having your brand in all caps takes up more of the allotted pixel space for the title, even if it's just a little bit more. I'm seeing a lot of titles (in Google SERPs) have their brand name moved to the front, regardless of the actual title tag, so think about how "MOGAS: Title Tag" vs. "Mogas: Title Tag" might push important terms out. You might even consider having your titles start with the brand name since Google's adjustments seem to indicate a preference. I hope this helps!

Google Analytics Offline Conversions
IfByPhone actually owns Mongoose Metrics now. I manage a fairly large amount of AdWords campaigns. I truly believe that the free conversion tool that AdWords provides outranks any other service for the simple fact that there is no cost and you get the same amount of information. I wish there was a better way to tie revenue to keywords.

Hreflang and paginated page
I found no examples, sorry... I don't understand your comment about rel=canonical. There should be ONLY ONE rel=canonical, and it should reference its own page, EXCEPT in the rare case I outlined above where the content on two different country pages is essentially identical.

Duplicate Content Issues - Where to start???
Hi, according to Google's official documentation canonical URLs are sufficient: "In the world of content management and online shopping systems, it's common for the same content to be accessed through multiple URLs. With content syndication, it's also easy for content to be distributed to different URLs and domains entirely. For example:... Your server is configured to serve the same content for the www subdomain or the https protocol..." Proposed Plan of Action: Decide which of non-www or www should be your preferred domain. Set the canonical urls and the preferred domain in GWT accordingly. Divide your site into dozen or so sections and every day for the next 2 weeks correct the duplicate titles and content of each section. At the end, leave a day to go over the work and at the start give yourself a day to get familiar with the work. So you will not be overwhelmed by the details, even if you don't finish everything in a day. See how the work done affects your sitemap and overall SEO when you go forward. If possible, only implement changes to the CMS after this SEO work has been done. Why? Because by then you will be familiar enough with the CMS and with the goals you want to achieve to fruitfully communicate with the developers. I see you are running a CMS based on ASP.net — changing these boutique CMS-s can be quite expensive, as you stated

Why is a poor optimized url ranked first on Google ?
Thansk again for the effort. I like your answers, they are very helpful. Although in this case our target aren't English speaking people, just Spanish people from or in Tenerife for vacations.

Can I do Local citation for my website?
Hey Jason! You're getting excellent feedback from the community here. Local SEO is all about physical location and face-to-face contact with customers. If both of these describe your business model, then you can definitely build citations. If you have to say 'no' to either of these two prerequisites, then citation building isn't the right marketing strategy for your business.
