How do I print an invoice?
A billing invoice? If you click the symbol in the upper right that looks like a Head with some lines next to it you will see a dropdown. Click on "Billing & Subscription". On that page you'll see a tab for Billing Information. Scroll down and there will be an Invoice History list with view links next to each invoice. You can then print those pages.

Only 2 of my 5 active campaigns are showing up under the new Moz Analytics. How do I fix this?
The campaigns can take a few hours to a couple of days to migrate. If you're still not seeing them there in a couple of days, please email help@moz.com and we'll investigate for you.

Is it possible to split a moz account. We have 5 sites and one has been sold to another company. Can I split that site onto its own new account?
Couldn't you just set it up on a new account ? You can then provide them with the current stats (report) from the account you own ?

Invalid URL when creating a campaign
A hyphen shouldn't be an issue. The best thing to do would be to send an email to help@moz.com listing which domain is having an issue, and we'll be able to look into it directly there. Thanks!

Why Moz Analytics says that my site had a 13% traffic increase and Moz Pro says that the same site had 3% decrease on traffic?
I am currently having the same issue as my domain authority is different on both of the campaign views.

Anybody know how to merge an old inactive Moz account with a current live Moz account?
Hi Timothy, Thanks for reaching out! There's unfortunately no way to merge accounts at the moment. This is a feature that's been requested though and one we're still looking into. If this is something that you'd really like to see added to Moz, I'd recommend submitting this as feedback in our Feature Request Forum. If you see an entry in there for this, you can vote it up the queue. Our Product team checks this daily and uses it to help prioritize our new feature releases. The websites I add to my Moz Analytics account do not appear in the old "Pro" account. What is going on here?
Hi! If you've added the campaign in Moz Analytics, it won't be available in the PRO version of things. That's just the way things are set up right now. Sorry for any confusion.

Non profit rates?
Hi Abe and team~ I notice that your billing levels on the non-profit order form are outdated. Do you have a more current form? Also, would it be possible to get the non-profit discount on a monthly plan instead of annual? I'd like to be able to easily upgrade if needed. Invisible Campaign?
Assuming u are using moz pro version normally we have 5 slots for compaigns. (25 slot for campaigns might be for higher user profiles but have no idea) If that slot is important for u sending a mail to Help desk might save some time. Cant update billing information, getting error
Hi Robert Sorry to hear you are unable to update your billing information. Would you be able to provide us with your account information at help@moz.com so we can take a look? If your card is being declined you will need to call your bank to authorize SEOmoz as a valid vendor as we do get filtered as fraud from our $1 pre-authorization. Look forward to your email!
