  • Hey there, Highland has graciously provided you with the URL to cancel. I just wanted to reach out if you've got a second to tell me what link you were clicking that wasn't working. I just want to make sure we don't have any broken links. Cheers, Joel.

  • Hi Gavin! Thanks for the question. The longest a keywords ranking data should be in a pending status is a week, and this is only if you add a keyword(s) right after an update has just happened. I'd be happy to look into this further for you. Can you send a ticket into help[at]moz.com with the campaign this is in regards to? You can write Attn: Sam in the subject line and I'll keep an eye out for it. Hope to hear from you soon! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • Pro has 5, Pro Plus has 12, and Pro Elite has 30 campaigns. Only active campaigns count towards that cap, not ones that have been archived.

  • Hi Mike, Thanks for writing in. The dates and days of the week referenced throughout the Web App are the days and dates that processes are kicked off rather than finished. Because crawling and rank gathering are complicated processes, the time it takes to complete varies, so we can't give a "completed by" date. Sorry for that confusion! I have looked into your account and the rankings and crawl reports for all of your campaigns seem to be updating consistently every 7 days. You can check this for the rankings by clicking into a keyword and hovering over the data points on the Ranking History graph, which will show you the date that data point was updated to your campaign. All of the campaigns are showing a consistent seven days between those data points. You can similarly see the recent crawl days at the bottom of the graph for the crawl reports. As for the crawl, if it says that a crawl is scheduled for a certain date, this is the day that the crawl is begun; it may take a few days for the crawl to complete and for the new data to populate and the next scheduled update is determined by the date that the crawl completes so it may not always be a consistent week between the scheduled crawls. I hope this clears things up. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

  • Hi! There currently isn't a way to merge data or campaigns from one account to another. If you're wanting to consolidate accounts, my recommendation would be to re-create the campaigns from the secondary account to the primary account. You can then cancel the secondary account which will archive the campaigns. This will preserve the historic data and allow you to reactivate them in the future if you need to. Chris also brought up a great recommendation regarding the feature request forum. I recommend submitting this in there for our Product team to review. The look at this daily and use it to help plan and develop their roadmap moving forward. The more a feature is requested, the better chance it has of making the roadmap too Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything else you need. Thanks! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • Chris is correct I have seen this before where it counts line breaks before and after text. to fit in with all search engines you should keep to 65. Another thing to consider, title tags have so much power, that power is divided between the keywords. If you have a long title not so much power is given to each keyword. If your parents leave 1 million dollars in their will, you will be a rich man, but if you have 10 brothers and sisters then not so rich.

  • Hi! Thanks for the question. It looks like the problem you're running into is coming from how you're running the search in the Rank Tracker tool. If you run a search with the exact URL, we'll only search for keyword rankings based on that URL. If you choose the entire subdomain, then we'll search for rankings from the entire site. Here's a screenshot that shows you what I mean: http://screencast.com/t/6528Yl8ka Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks and have a great day! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • Hi, Well it depends on the cms you are using, but most cms systems have the ability to spawn duplicate content through (for example) products in multiple categories with different urls, things like links to print versions of the page, wordpress can do it through archive pages, these kind of things. If you start looking at the referring pages in the right hand column you might well see a pattern emerging in regards how these duplicate pages are being linked to. This pattern is what I mean by systemic fault, not a fault as such but simply a part of the system's functionality that is creating this issue. The good news is these kinds of things are usually pretty easy to identify and fix either through altering the cms settings or else tinkering a bit in the code, and once you have done it, all related dup content issues are solved at the same time. Hope that makes sense!

  • We don't have a code for SMX East, and I'm not sure that we had one last year. As Matt pointed out below, our codes are always on our perks page. That said, if you're interested in coming to MozCon, July 8th-10th, you can use the code SMXMOZ to get $100 off.

  • Hi guys! Thanks for all your feedback and comments here so far  Our devs are aware of this issue and are taking steps to handle this ASAP.  I do agree that it would be easy to simply remove the avatar in the CSS design of the email, but this would impact all the non-outlook users (there's a lot of them too).  So the approach we are taking will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone, which we are hoping to test the fix soon! Thanks everyone for their patience and using the workaround so far.  We won't disappoint! Best, Peter Moz Help Team.

  • Hi Tim, Ferderico is correct. You can definitely export all of your historical data to provide to your client and have them create their new campaign for their domain. They will only need to input 5 keywords and then copy & paste the rest once its setup. Hope that helps!

  • Hi! Thank you for the further insight. I do not have that particular phrase as one of my campaign keywords. I thought I was only able to have 5 keywords so I stayed away from long tail key phrases that are not as lucrative for us. I have a better understanding of the on-page report cards now so I should be able to disregard grades as needed and gain insight where it is due. Again, thank you so much!
