How can I get the August SEO Moz receipt?
Sign in to Moz. Top Right Click on the Person Icon next to the question mark and search icon Then: Billing and Subscription -> Billing Information (Second Tab) -> Bottom half (Invoice History) Click VIEW on the relevant date in question Hope this helps

I accidently hit archive on one of my campaigns. How do I undo that?
Whilst logged in go to: http://pro.moz.com/campaigns?default_filter=archived Then click activate the campaign you need to restore.

Changing login email not working
Hello David, Sorry for the delay! You can always change your email in your account to any email that is not in our system already. Duplicate accounts for the same email are not yet permitted by our login process. What your colleague can do, however, is change their email address in their free account settings to another email. You will then be able to change your email login to the original email of your colleague. If you have issues with this process, please email help@moz.com so we can maintain account info confidentiality. Have a great day!

Moz not allowing me to add social profiles?
Hi Joel, I am having a problem getting my campaign to connect to another Twitter Account. I have only been able to get it to connect to 1 Twitter account so far. When I try to connect to another Twitter Account it never sends me to the "login credentials" page like it did for the first Twitter connection. Campaign area styles won't load
Update: Things will be fixed in about the next two hours. A workaround is to use a different computer for the moment, so the DNS isn't cached with the bad CSS.

Duplicate Page Title
Hi John, Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. We start each crawl completely from scratch, so we should be picking up the 301 redirect now if it has been there for a few weeks. I downloaded the crawl diagnostics CSV and it is definitely not showing the redirect from one page to the other, but I can definitely see the redirect when I use the developer tools in my browser. I have never seen the crawler have issues detecting a redirect before, so this seems very strange to me. I am going to have to send this over to our engineers so we can investigate the issue further. I will create an email request in our system so I can get a few more details from you and send the campaign information over to them. You should be receiving an email from me shortly. Moz keeps logging me out
Our site though does keep a timer on a active session so that once it reaches the range of several hours it will log you out automatically to keep your session secure. The system is logging me out every few hours. In the past, I thought I could browse the web all day without having to repeatedly login to the Mozbar. Is my memory that bad that i don't correctly recall the previous behavior?

Anyone else receiving several duplicate Moz Weekly Rankings Report today?
Hi Moosa, We do have a known issues board that we update if it's an extended outage that's affecting a large portion of users. In this case, the error happened for just a few hours and affect a small portion of users.

Why are my moz points messed up?
I have noticed the same thing it takes a while for your profile to display the points even when you hover over the image and more points are displaying. But rest assured within a day or so the system propagates and adjusts on all the areas to match. If you have no activity and the points after few days doesnt show up let us know
