Competitor Rankings Not Showing Up
Hi Jacob, Thanks for the question! I popped into the campaign in question and it looks like your tracking your competitors based on their root (non-www) domain, but they're actually ranking on their sub (www) domain which is why our ranking results are showing them as not being in the top 50 of SERP's. Luckily this is an easy fix All you'll need to do is log into your campaign and head over to the campaign settings. From there, just add the www to your competitor domains and save! The next time your campaign is updated, you should see more accurate rankings data. Hope this helps! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

My Campaigns not Updated since 7/14
Hi Liana, Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm sorry that you are seeing a problem with your Google Analytics connection. Roger usually fetches your traffic data with puppy-like enthusiasm, but there's sometimes a delay between Google and Moz. One way to alleviate that is to refresh your GA connection: Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page: http://screencast.com/t/je3mv5DkPbU Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/59NDMB0Ov Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account. Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! I hope that helps, let me know if you have questions! Best, Peter Moz Help team.

Can I still view archived campaigns if the subscrition is downgraded to the free version?
Hey Jason! We actually do not have a free version of PRO, only a free trial when starting out for 30 days. Canceling your subscription will downgrade you to a community profile and you will not be able access your PRO data. We do keep your archived data associated with your email so if you decide to re-activate your PRO membership you will be able to re-activate your campaigns I would recommend exporting your historical data before canceling that way you will have copies of your reports for reference. Let me know if you have any questions!

Add more campaigns
How many campaigns do you have? If you have under 30, and are wanting to upgrade to an account with more campaigns, click the little person icon in upper right of the screen. Under it click billing and subscriptions. From there you can upgrade your account. If you need more than 30, click billing information while on the billing screen and there is a box on the right to contact Moz.

Moz Netiquette
We actively try to monitor for spamming comments, but it's less easy to monitor for spammy PMs or people scraping your email address and emailing directly (we have three letters in our name, but we're not one of the three letter agencies!). What helps us out is if you give thumbs down to spammy comments, and report those PMs as spam. We actively review what's gotten a thumbs down on the blog, and get emailed if a PM is reported as spam. Hope this helps!

Showing 302 redirection error instead of 404
The reason is because of the way that your server is set up. You can read more about how asp handles errors here http://www.colincochrane.com/post/2008/01/ASP-NET-Custom-Errors-Preventing-302-Redirects-To-Custom-Error-Pages.aspx You can check the status codes that your server is sending here, http://web-sniffer.net/

Moz client structure.
Hey Chris, It definitely makes sense that you would want to comment and post in your own name and you can definitely take over the account, but you must make sure that the client is fully comfortable with that since the client would lose all of the MozPoints that they have earned over time and they most likely wouldn't be able to gain the account back if you add other clients to the account since it is true that we cannot transfer campaigns between accounts. Also, if your client continues to pay for the account and they decide to take the account back, you would lose the data of your other campaigns. I would recommend having your own master account if you intend to add more clients in the future so that this does not create an issue with the current client's account, but they may be fine with that situation so you would need to work out how you proceed directly with the client. As for the reports, you can create a custom report that would be emailed directly to your client on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis and those reports will look exactly like the reports that you receive from the custom reports section. Let me know if you need any further assistance. Chiaryn Help Team Ninja

MOZ Crawl help
Hey Jessica, I took a look at your crawl diagnostics and there isn't anything that looks too out of the ordinary. You have 415 duplicate pages, which is over inflating your page count. Additionally, when I exported your crawl diagnostics CSV I saw a mixture of static URLs and Dynamic URLs. This may mean that you have two coppies of each page being crawled, which could be leading to over inflated page totals. You might want to look at your CMS and make sure that it is not making 2 copies of each page. Cheers, Ryan Watson Business Development Associate | Moz
