My campaigns were erase Why???

I had 4 campaigns set up and running and I had an issue with the credit card in my profile and I updated the information and now all my previous campaign have disappear.
Can somebody help me on this?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that. Good news, though: your campaigns should have been archived when you had the issue with your credit card. If so, you can simply reactivate them. To do this, navigate to http://pro.moz.com/campaigns and click on "Archived Campaigns" in the sub-menu. Then click the button labeled "Activate" next to each campaign in the list. Did that work?
