Why even after having premium account we are not able to add more than 30 sites?

Reactivating an archived account not working
I'm having trouble with this as well but the 'ticket' link in the previous comment doesn't work. Not sure best way to get in touch but I'm trying to reactivate an archived campaign and it says I need to upgrade my account. I currently have 4 active campaigns so I should have room for 1 more. Thanks.

Can't add "Custom links" in my Moz Profile
Thanks, Keri. I was able to get it to save. It seems there are limitations in place with special characters and length of characters allowed within the "Title" field, and the "URL" field may be limited to the root domain only. At least that's what we deciphered from our tests. I will email help@moz.com for confirmations/clarifications.

Once The Trial Is Over
To clarify a couple of those points for you: If you have earned over 500 points on your account over any time period, you are eligible for full access to Q&A to respond and ask questions. Accounts are reviewed for this access on an account-by-account basis. You keep your ID/username no matter what level of account you have (free, pro etc.) As all accounts are subject to a review, if you have concerns or questions about this it is well worth getting in touch with someone at the Moz team, they're incredibly helpful and will be able to let you know what your options are.

I don't see all my campaigns
S_Curtis is correct in that if you created a campaign in Pro, you'll be able to see it in Pro and Moz Analytics. If you created the campaign in Moz Analytics, you'll only be able to see it in Moz Analytics.

I'm Not Being Charged Unless I Stay After the 30 day Free Trial
you won´t be charged until that date... moz will also send you a reminder that they will charge you on xx ... so you can decide to close your account or to keep it... very comfortable...

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
Hi Sherwood, We haven't had any recent reports of this behaviour. Have you tried logging out, then clearing you cache beyond your cookies before logging back in? Please also check you're not booking Moz cookies. Here's one example -- http://www.statefarm.com/agent/US/CA/Pleasanton/name omitted-7X4H03GS000 . The Domain Authority is 93 for this agent page and page authority is 44. I checked a couple of other sites that use subdomains. One site used a www domain address and redirected that local branch/affiliate to the subdomain. In this case, local control was a requirement. "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost" keeps occurring
Hey Thomas, You can definitely remove a connection to GA by selecting the Disconnect button from the settings page but I'm afraid we don't have a way to know which account is connected by a user or an admin login. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience that causes. Chiaryn

Why are my Custom Reports not auto emailing?
