Latest Crawl Stats Not Showing
Hi Chad! Our engineers discovered an issue where our tool did complete the updates but did not import the data in the app's UI. They have been re-imported tonight and you should see your latest data by now. Let me know if not and if there is a specific campaign that isn't updated. Cheers!

Analytics reauthorisation
Hey Richard, Thanks for writing in. I just took a look at all of your campaigns and I do see that one campaign has never been connected to GA, but the other four are connected correctly and showing traffic data with no issue. I also don't see any authorization warning on the account. Can you please take another look and, if you are still seeing the issue, email help@moz.com with the name of the campaign having the issue and a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can investigate further? Duplicate Page Content identification
Hello! You can filter the duplicate content in the drop down under the high priorities tab and download the csv report which will give you the URLs that are flagged as duplicates. Cannot Access Moz Analytics
Use Firefox and access it. I had this same issue a few months back and it was something to do with a glitch in the system and an update to FF and IE. Once logged in try going to this link http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns it's a work around for the time being. And make sure to Contact support help@moz.com and relay your issues.

Domain Authority Drops
Danarchism raises a good point. Is there a place where crawl impacts are noted? Given the respect that your metric has earned and the number of questions it raises when there are unexpected fluctuations, it would be really helpful if Moz shared their observations. Also wondering (like Danarchism) if that's already available and I too have missed it. If that's the case, please share. Lastly, was this a one-time anomoly that's now fixed?

Latest Moz reports (pro) not including competitive link analysis
Hi Dan Could you send us an email with more information and your account details so we can take a look? help@moz.com Pro will be discontinued this year and there are no feature enhancements for pro that will be supported such as social data as that part has been rebuilt from scratch for Moz Analytics.

First campaign stalled...
Hi There, It sounds like you may have run into some server or browser issues. Can you try refreshing the page and creating the campaign again? If that doesn't work, can you clear your cookies/cache and restart your browser? Generally, one of these two tasks will fix what's going on. If you still run into issues after performing these two things, please send a ticket into support with the URL you're trying to set the campaign up with and we'll take a closer look at this for you. Has the Moz website update affected my data?
Hi Beth, If you go to Moz "pro" you can see any of your accounts that existed during pro in the old Moz Pro format. Any new accounts only allow for you to use the Moz Analytics interface! Do you have a bookmark for Moz that is taking you to the old Moz Pro possibly?
