Difference in data between http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty and http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/
I already have a ticket https://seomoz.zendesk.com/requests/70099. I have not got a response on it yet. It says "You do not have access to request #70099. It may have been solved or deleted."

Why are there so few Best Answers?
I think that your mention of poetry actually touches on another semi-imporant point... people respond well to humor/informality. Professionalism is all well and good, but at the end of the day, someone with a simple question doesn't want to read through a paragraph and a half of SEO jargon and technical advice. If you can state something simply, do so. And while you're at it, if you can make them smile while reading, do that too.

Are organic site links excluded in the rankings report?
Sitelinks are not a top level natural ranking for a domain they are part of the universal results and only appear on certain rankings some of the time (mainly rankings for brand that have a high CTR % or terms Google sees as having most relevance and CTR). So no, organic sitelinks do not show as a ranking and I don't think you should consider that subdomain as a ranking result because it may not show 100% of the time.

External Followed Links History, number of links go down
It is a function of the volume. I lost about 20% of my links that were industry specific.

Sudden, drastic drop in # of links and root domains on website?
Specifically in this post, Rand says "Because this update is much smaller in total URL size (~50% of the prior, 165 billion URL index), your link count totals will likely be much smaller, even if you've grown your link building efforts." It's not you, it's us, as part of the balance between deeper indexes and faster indexes.

Can SEOMOZ Pro suggest me the best keyword to work for?
You should try the Keyword Difficulty tool http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty It won't actually suggest phrases, but it will provide some indication as to the difficulty to rank.

Does Google have a direct link with facebook and twitter?
Actually neither Facebook nor Twitter grant Google direct access. Relationships/partnerships were attempted but the efforts broke down. That's why Google came out with Google+. They know how important social media is to their desire to improve search results (and get more money from AdWords and other Google revenue channels. So they decided - if we can't get direct access, we'll just create (and artificially force) our own. They do make use of whatever they can get from all social platforms that public. they just don't have the depth of access they would prefer. As for what's being faked, that's part of why they want full control and access, both. Yet I'm sure they're working on how to figure it out best they can with Twitter - facebook is nearly impossible though without that inside access.

Freaked out over domain authority ranking drop.
oh well...ideal world. I realize there are tons of variables. I will print out competitors monthly rankings along with mine. Now that I think about it that is really the ultimate measure I should concern myself with at the moment. Thanks for response!

Firefox Export to pdf Bug?
I use Chrome and it's usually on the bottom download bar when it's done. If it isn't there it is in the downloads folder in the finder, however that is on a Mac. Regardless, usually there is some kind of indicator on where the file will be when you click download, either a box will pop up or it will be in the download folder. I would try searching your local system with something like 'Analysis' or 'On Page'. It should pop up somewhere sometimes browsers save to a temp file which will make it harder to find.

How to track sub-directories as separate sites
Hi There, Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, we aren't currently able to track subfolders for competitors just yet, only subdomains. We are working on changing this in the future, but I don't have an ETA for when that capability will be rolled out and I'm afraid it may be a while. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this causes. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Chiaryn
